Hey mate, I’m 16 and have just been accepted into the St George dragons development program and I’m wanting to take my game to the next level I’m about 180cm and 102.6kg I play prop and want to be able to make the Harold Matthew’s side this year. I am willing to train in the mornings before school and after school, I have been but not as consistently as I would like

Hi man! I'm almost 22, kinda good at rugby, but small I think. I'm 169cm x 67kg. Do you think that I'm too short to make it to nrl? Im trying to gain some good kg's (75kg is a goal weight). I've Done 200kg deadlift and 150kg squat at 65kg bw, so I'm not super weak

This is so not realistic for teens.. the time you finish at 9 you'll be going to be everyday at 10pm then expecting to get up early hours of the morning..adequate sleep as part of recovery is lacking in this program

We have boys who are following this go to bed at 9pm. It work really well and they don’t have issue with recovery.
The biggest issue we’ve found is getting them off their phones before bed. If they get that right they’re asleep by 9 and getting up 4.30am without even needing an alarm.
