    Hi, my name is Callie and I'm a certified Pilates and Barre instructor and certified holistic health coach. As a former competitive figure skater who struggled with body image and chronic injuries, I fell in love with low-impact “flow” type workouts, like Pilates and barre. After spending many years feeling bloated, low energy and discouraged, I realized the power of listening to how your body feels before/during/after your workout. Not only do you see physical results through doing the right exercises for you, but you also see mental results!     My 3rd workout I've done so far with you and this is my favourite so far! My pelvis and back are so tight and painful and can already feel it loosen with these moves. Your positivity and encouragement is amazing and LOVE working out with you! Thank you for these videos

    Great workout! My first time doing Pilates and my thighs were not holding up to your time on the wall seat. I’m hoping that I did the right thing by rotating in and out of the seat.

    I am looking forward to this journey of getting my head space and body under control whilst I am dealing with menopause and massive weight gain. I wanted to take back some form of control over my body and after doing your workout today for the first time, I am so happy I found your youtube videos.     I have enjoyed this one...But I had the problem with the wall with lifting my heels up and down while sitting against the wall.. I felt that I had no balance with it.

    For beginners: 'not going to do anything crazy here'. Not very accurate. This was very hard and definitely not for those starting exercise again.
