3 months into the gym and let me tell yii guys my glutes are GROWING LIKE CRAZY !! I eat 120g protein (I'm 120lbs) and in a small surplus so u can feed these gains. Healthy food really, turkey burgers, smoothies, Greek yogurt with granola, Oatmeal w protein, ect. Then I'll eat cookies or an ice cream here and there like 4x a week about. I workout my glutes until they are sore, sometimes for 2-3 days straight cuz it takes me forever at the gym and I don't hsve time. Then I'll wait2 days, do my abs &arms&leg day, and then do glutes again. Hip thrusts is a must !! Glute bridges! Bulgarian split squat, leg press variations, and don't forget quads ladies if you want that hourglass shape u need ur thighs to be nice and juicy. Trust me u won't start looking like a man, if u do then u can stop working them out and they will go back to normal. U could as workout ur thighs, outer and inner, plus ur hamstrings, instead of quads, to get an hourglass. Good luck !!!
@@saavyy btw I just learned that being sore means you are OVER WORKING!! I always thought I NEEDED to be sore in order to be content with my workout. Just wanted to follow up, keep doing ur research cuz there is so much to learn and improve on!!
@@Bunnie333 but usually especially in the beginning you are going to be sore no matter what. I did a light exercise yesterdays and am feeling it so bad today!
Thanks to ur videos I know how to adjust the seats now on the equipment. I’ve been doing a lot of ur workouts n I been killing it. My sister and I are week 3 in the gym n I’ve never felt better.

Did this today!!!! And girlllll I took my dog on a walk after and almost DIED midway thru the walk😭 and when we made it home I sat at the front stairs for 5 minutes in pain!!!😭🤣 BEST FEELING EVER! Doing this every leg day !
I used the smith machine last night and bench to do the thrusts and a girl came over to me and asked me how to do it and I showed her your video and we laughed because we both were learning so thank you very much I always wanted to try and your video gave me the motivation to do so❤
@@saavyy omg savy yes!!! It takes me a frikkem HOUR to do my hip thrusts and my boyfriend had already done like 6 machines !!! Lmfao it's a struggle 😭 nevermind me being a newbie to hio thrusts so it takes up SOOZ MUCH ENERGY!! but I like glute bridges with my feet a lil elevated and it works my glutes a lot and less quads. Try it out 😉
I used to work at planet fitness. They have everyone in my town signed up it seems. It’s the cleanest and nicest gym depending on the location. You meet the most folks at planet fitness. Can you get really strong there? I don’t think so, because they specialize in machines and cardio equipment and tanning and massage beds. And free pizza and bagels! It’s great for socializing and meeting everyone in town. Actually putting on serious strength, you probably won’t do it because there is too many distractions and not the right type of equipment like free weight barbells.

When im serious and trying to grow my glutes I do 2-3 routines a week and i mix up my exercises. I dont do the EXACT same thing❤️
