    EXERCISES SHOWN IN VIDEO:
    1. Torso Rotation - 3 SETS x 20-25 REPS (Moderate - heavy weight)
    2. Abdominal Machine - 3 SETS x 12-15 (moderate- heavy weight)
    3. Decline Crunch Taps - 3 SETS x 12-16 (SUPERSET with Russian Twists)
    4. Russian Twists - 20 REPS right after Crunch Taps
    5. Crossovers - 20 REPS (SUPERSET with mountain climbers and that will be 3 sets of those two exercises)
    6. Mountain Climbers - 20 REPS
    7. Leg Raises - I could only do 8 LOL (so just do as much as you can as a finisher)

      @alib1255 I like that she put how many reps/sets she does for each machine it makes it less intimidating and another TIP: bring earbuds much easier to block out what's around you and be more focused 😊 For someone with anxiety they are a social LIFE. SAVER🙌🏼 I never leave without them! 🎧✨

    Watching you figure out where you needed to set your seat height, etc, was VERY helpful. I never feel self-conscious about how I look or how hard I go, but how dorky I look fiddling with knobs and setting haha. Glad to have your insight!!

      👁👁 THE EXACT SAME HERE MA.... I'M 10LBS FROM GOAL WEIGHT, 240LBS-163LBS... THE GOAL IS MY HIGH SCHOOL WEIGHT OF 150LBS. I DID THAT DOING 5 MILES CARDIO... I NOW NEED TO ADD STRENGTH TRAINING TO REACH 150 & HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT BUTTONS, WEIGHT, SETS OR ANYTHING 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😜😜💀💯

      I was too (43 mom of 4 adults-out of shape). I went with my daughter once after 6 months of paying and only going on Sundays. Headphones and a deep breath. By day 3, I worked out alone. The hardest part is not worrying about what others are thinking. Make your playlist and focus on you. ❤

    I am soooo freaking new to planet fitness today was my first day! Yay but I felt like I was all over the place so with your routine I can make a ab day leg day and so forth. That way i can really focus on each muscle group at one time! Very much needed video thanks for the start!

    Do not, I repeat do ANYTHING HEAVY ON THE WAIST!!! Just twist otherwise you'll get thick there!!! Been working out since 15 yrs old. 59 in May!!!

    Hi Saavy!!! I just wana say your channel needs more attention !! Especially for moms , here’s why : I watch other channels (hauls / what I eat in a day / fitness blaaa bla) and in the comments I read ALOT of moms saying they don’t have time or balance and it’s because most of the ppl they watch (which are some of the same few I watch just for ideas in meals or to change up my routine) AREN’T moms and cook for themselves and have the time and schedule !! Watching you is soo realistic to my lifestyle and it’s hits my motivation and goals different than the other UA-camrs !! And not to mention your amazing quotes 😍 you put out there , your very relatable . Those other UA-camrs can give off a diff energy where you start beating urself up instead applauding yourself for what was accomplished in the little time we have 🥹 keep it up you have subscribers that look forward in your posts ❤ I know I do 🤗 and I hope more people discover you ! more blessing to you and the family

It’s hard being a youtuber and trying to stay connected with u guys when I get lost sometimes and don’t know what you guys want me to share with u. Now I know that what I am putting out there is helping other moms bc I also felt the same way about other women being able to snap back so quickly and maintain such a perfect schedule to get a workout/cooking in. It’s tough.

    Thanks for making this film. It is nice to see a film about PF that isn't just another hatchet piece. People should actually try PF instead of paying attention to negative press like the reply from bubandlisa below.
    I go to PF every day. I lift, run, etc. Never seen anything like what the hate films show. I see all these hate films and they all show the manager at Shelbyville KY from who knows how many years ago and they say all PF is like that.

    Awesome video. I appreciated you leaving in the parts showing how to handle the machine, adjust to your liking etc. My husband & I are very new to Planet Fitness & working out in general. I’ve only been comfortable with the treadmill and bike machine bc they’re super easy to figure out. Basically I’m afraid to try anything else bc I’m so naïve to it all. Thanks for posting this video. It will help many to build the confidence to try new/other workout machines/equipment.

      This is just a glimpse of what i do to burn calories!! I also takes walks or runs, weight lift, and try to eat decent lol. Everything adds up to get me where i am today! Still in progress of course. And i switch up my routines! Like for HIIT ill change some of the exercises so I dont get bored. I have a video of different exercises you can do for a HIIT workout👍🏽

    I’m 5 ft 1 and I have short arms and legs so adjusting the machines always gives me the most trouble 🫠
