Day twenty-five complete! I'm so sad that this journey has ended, but I'm happy that it ended the way it did: with me being consistent. hi everyone, today is october 31st in my country and i started a routine on october 1st which i have completed now, combining both of madeleine's one month challenges plus the three 7 days challenge from lidia mera and the 14 days abs challenge from lilly sabri. i would like to share my experience. in august i reached a weight of 69kg which i had never reached in my life before. i am a 23 years old woman and my height is of 170cm+. i did not want to reach the 70kgs mark so i first started not eating alot, but i craved food quickly and my weight would fluctuate, so in september i started to exercise a little, about one quick session per day. seeing my weight was not changing much, i became more determined in october hence why i combined multiple challenges. doing multiple videos a day allowed me to complete all videos within a month. i stretched almost daily and walked 10k at least once a week. my weakness is that i have no diet and i struggle to follow one. on days i eat healthy or barely i will weight 66kg, but when i snack a lot of course my weight will go up. however, changes are not only reflected on the balance, and i can say i had no upper body strength before, especially in my arms. they are more toned now and that is visible. my waist was already slim, so i cannot see major changes. my main goal was my lower body since i am naturally thin but not very toned, i have fat where i would like not to and find my body disgracious. i would not say i am satisfied with how i look still, however there is abit of improvement. i will try another routine starting november because my october one was too packed and i know i won't be able to follow or stay motivated all the year so i need to adjust abit, but i am glad i was able to go through all of them all at once, because i guess to each their own and we are all different and what my body lacks the most is a good diet. still i feel that following any of those workouts can bring good changes to anyone, making you more toned and gaining more strength. hopefully i can like my body better in one year from now. i tried clothes on for a new job today and hated the way my body looked but i guess that's still better than if i had not started at all and there is only room for improvement. i hope all of you will be able to find a routine that fits you aswell, and do not forget to keep going, doing even a little something is still better than doing nothing at all.
Hi! I hope you can feel better about yourself. I respect your struggles and wanted to give you few tips. First of, please don't do a diet or rather stop thinking diet is about stopping you from eating. It is not. Diet is what you eat and as you already experienced it if you if you deprive yourself of food it will only make you want to eat more afterwards. Not a sustainable solution. What I advice you is start eating more whole foods, I don't see what people mean by healthy but to me is just whole foods that you can cook by yourself, it doesn't have to be fancy or something. You can eat those foods in small portions if you prefer causing you for example to eat 6 times a week but with small portions keep you satisfied. Also to me I think sticking to a plans or doing workouts that you find online is better than doing challenges as it's not for short period of times that cause you to stress if you don't see the results in the period of time given. Also please keep believing in yourself you can do it. Your body is different from other people. You might need more time to see changes. I think trying multiple things to understand your body is the best thing to do. You can start pilates, then go to weight lifting, or just home workouts, yoga, walking, cycling, biking, swimming etc.. I hope you'll be fine.
закончила второй челлендж по пилатесу на месяц, итого 2 месяца старалась делать упражнения каждый день. к сожалению ощутимых изменений я до сих пор не увидела. тело не изменилось визуально и вес не уменьшился. но как плюс эти тренировки помогли выработать дисциплину и надеюсь немного стать сильнее. так что если у вас тоже ожидания не совпали с реальностью, не растраивайтесь, возможно вам, как и мне, необходимо больше времени и усилий)

could you do a workout video with chappel roan as songs background? I do use AirPods but i like to listen to the sounds that makes you understand that the exercises are done 🩷
What I do is lower the volume low enough that I can still hear the counter sounds but not the background music and I play the music I like, but I workout from my laptop tho
Are these exercises enough to lose weight, I want to lose about 5 kilos in two months or less, so are these exercises enough for that? Besides a calorie calculation diet, what do you think about that? Please reply + I love you so much ♥️♥️
The only way to truly lose weight is to go into a calorie deficit. These workouts however are a great way to burn fat and build lean muscle in combination with a lean & effective diet. Remember to still get your cardio in! At least 8-10k steps a day
@@eilishnotbillie Thank you, but is there a problem if I practice on the treadmill 6 or 7 thousand steps, my problem is that I start challenges and do not continue, so I do not see an actual result I am tired for 6 months in calorie deficit, yet I only lost 3.5 kilos Do you have any diet tips I want to lose at least 5 kilos or 6 kilos I weigh 61.5 and my height is 163 I want to be in the range of 56 kilos or 55 Thank you for tiring you with me ♥️♥️♥️
I suggest repeating this, doing my first one month plan (it’s a bit old so please excuse any technical issues, my skills have certainly improved since then lol!) and also even stacking my 2 week plan, and my other 1 week plans!!!

It’s impossible to lose weight with pilates alone. I burned 60kcal for this routine but it’s definitely helping to tone your body.
