Good work, Patrick. If I wouldn't know it's hand made, I would say it's a Lima or Jouef, maybe Kleinbahn rail vehicle. Or even Lugoj made, although it's a bit too detailed for Lugoj (yep, the city we love because of the toy factory which was there and especially for giving the world whom else than Mr. Bela Lugosi). About the decals, I do not have any experience, nor the possibility to get some (I mean useful, not those for aircraft models, as I'm on trains). I tried once on an airplane model, but it's a very long time ago, can't remember anything, probably wasn't quite a good end. Have a good day, cheers!
