I'm starting to think my medial epicondylitis is actually pec minor tightness, or at least contributed by. Apparently that can mimic the exact symptoms
Im healing from this epicondyle “edema”, but i’ve found that the pain comes from pressing movements (triceps tendon?) should i follow a rehab process more focused on the forearm or switch to the tricep (actually streches light, isolation work, ROM exploring..), is this related to golfer’s elbow (the pain is at the exact same spot) Can i still train those muscle area and stop whenni feel the pain reappearing or should i totaly remove any excessive use ? Thx for the potential answers !

I have pain in my bought elbows for months now and i have no idea what to do .Can i do exercises even if i have pain!?
