seasoning my new donabe for the first time

i bought a donabe and i seasoned it! i'm looking forward to making hot pots and soups/stews with it.

Hello, I'm been looking at this model on the Toiro website and was wondering what size to get. Are you happy with the size of your donabe?

i am! if you’re cooking one-pot meals like udon/ramen and hot pot, it’s perfect for one person. it would be too small for 2 people unless you only use it for one part of your meal (just a protein, or a side dish). hope this helps :)

hi! this is the small size (0.75 qt).
