Nyesha is such a good host - omg!!! She connects with everyone in a way I rarely see. You can tell she is so pumped and also interested, and finds pleasure is every aspect of food. More please!!! 🥰🥰🥰
So cool to have a Chef doing the interview. Chef Arrington’s expertise is always on display, but she definitely keeps everything accessible for us lay-folk. Love it!
I’m from Tasmania and I jumped for joy when the chef mentioned he uses a Tasmanian trout. Eater never happens to unimpress me with its lavish range of restaurant content I hope to visit someday!
I really enjoyed the well use of questions and how the communication between her and chef gave us good context and understanding of this culture and cooking
Nyesha is a very good host around things that even she is unfamiliar with. It is very cool how the ending message talks about the "heart" of Japanese cooking, which is lying beneath all the hype around the super popular things like sushi and kaiseki.
I’m seeing more Nyesha lately! Her smile is infectious and she seems so genuinely interested in what the other chefs are doing. We all need more Nyesha in our lives!
By far my favourite host on Eater (and any YT food channel). Nyesha really vibes with the people she's talking with, allows a natural conversation and shows a lot of technical skill and knowledge
I loved Chef Nyesha when she was on Top Chef and this series just cements that adoration, someone who's incredibly knowledgeable but treats every situation as a learning opportunity. All of the kudos !!
This is incredible! Nyesha is phenomenal in each episode. Such an incredible expert who is able to adapt to any of the styles Eater celebrates-- more content with her pls!
Is it chef Nyesha who dislikes collaborations with other black American, African, Latin, Cuban award winning chefs or is it Eaters? Seems to be a repetitive pattern. 🤷🏼♂️
Love Nyesha hosting she is very respectful and never talks over her guest. She has legit skills too! Pay her more and keepem comin!
By far one of the most knowledgeable, skilled, respectful, and fun hosts Eater has had. Well done!
Keep bringing chef Nyesha back for these videos -- she's a true culinary talent and a great host

WOW! I loved this video sooo much. I am a huge fan of Nyesha and Carole and Nikki! Love seeing a chef learn from another chef. Beautiful!!!
Eater's contents are awesome. I like this format with a host, it adds variety. She's cool , all their interactive hosts are cool.

Same here. I am from Tasmania myself.
I really enjoyed the well use of questions and how the communication between her and chef gave us good context and understanding of this culture and cooking
Japanese food is so delicious in the gentlest of ways. I can't wait to try cooking with a donabe
Japanese food is overpriced and overrated in the US.
Other Asian cultures have way way better food

very beaitful dish, and I really like the host! She is so respectful, sincere, and she really understands other people!
The amount of work that goes into this is insane
Thank you for dropping so much professional knowledge in cooking. Thank you!

I love Nyesha! So knowledgable & charismatic. The total opposite of Food Insider's hosts.

When steeping Kelp, what does "steeping for long time" mean. How many hours should it be in hot water>
Nyesha is gorgeous 😍 I love her
why did Nyesha put her palms tgt at 1:01 after the chef mentioning kombu..
she's half Korean, I'm assuming it's respect for her culture being mentioned.
What camera's do you use to film these segments?
🤤😀
夜中に見てしまった🤤
doton nabe no jutsu

Weak Host.
. I am James Charles McConville from Quincy, Massachusetts United States, can we be friends..?
Really? This is an insult to the trout. Because it is overcooked.
She is the whitest black person I have ever heard.
She's black and korean
Kick nyesha out and showcase the chef skills and thought process. No need for a body extra
Lady dont sniff food and put it back. That was gross.
Mike Trout found this video a bit difficult to watch.
Please lose this host. Thank you
Jesus is Alive he love us all you heard a lot of voice that you couldn't see get white and liquor to heaven
