So cool to have a Chef doing the interview. Chef Arrington’s expertise is always on display, but she definitely keeps everything accessible for us lay-folk. Love it!

I’m from Tasmania and I jumped for joy when the chef mentioned he uses a Tasmanian trout. Eater never happens to unimpress me with its lavish range of restaurant content I hope to visit someday!

Nyesha is a very good host around things that even she is unfamiliar with. It is very cool how the ending message talks about the "heart" of Japanese cooking, which is lying beneath all the hype around the super popular things like sushi and kaiseki.

Is it chef Nyesha who dislikes collaborations with other black American, African, Latin, Cuban award winning chefs or is it Eaters? Seems to be a repetitive pattern. 🤷🏼‍♂️
