I REMEMBER BUYING THIS AT KMART AND PUTING THIS TOGETHER WOW.... GOOD TIMES..
i had copperhead. he was one of my favorite cobra figures!!
Copperhead is one of the first Figures I had as a child. I was only 3 or 4 so my memories are not great but I remember him just being super cool. I used him all the time until he was lost in a move a few years later. When he was Released again in 89 I jumped at the chance to pick him up again.
Funny you mention using him as a Dreadnok - back then, as far as I was concerned, both versions of him (original and Python Patrol) as well as Croc Master and Crystal Ball were all additional Dreadnoks in "my" world and rode alongside the rest.
In one issue of the "G.I. Joe: European Missions" reprints of U.K. "Action Force" comics, the Copperhead likeness was used for some generic Cobra naval troopers.
Copperhead is hands down one of the coolest Cobras
Copperhead was always a favorite of mine. I made him a Dreadnok too but the mechanic
A very cool figure, great video on the classic Copperhead Pilot! A cool mask and the aqua-blue green outfit works well for a water theme. The full goggles in series 2 would be good for avoiding getting swamp water in his eyes. Thanks!
One of my favorite figures and vehicles as a kid. I had the version with the neon green down the middle of his helmet. I would have recollected G.I. Joe but with the way I am I would have tried to buy every figure and vehicle, including the international figures and that would have costed a small fortune. Definitely one of my favorite toy lines though especially the early years.
Marvelous lore and art direction behind these toys made for some incredible characters! Collectability and play value made these the ultimate 'next generation' of green army men. Last time i checked-in on my collection I found many vets that had succumbed to O-ring rot and were separated at the waist 🤕Yo-JOE!
Copperhead was and still is my favorite 👍🏻
Still got one....light gloves...water moccasin and all....❤❤❤

i like it Copperhead , it is cool badass. He deserve more attention
Vehicle operators should always have an accessory (preferably an awesome weapon). Those that did not may have been less awesome to me.
I never had the one with the boat but had the python one.
I had Copperhead I think I had the one that you have I still have him I used him to Pilot the water moccasin and even the height for I thought he was a pretty interesting pilot and an interesting looking guy I wonder why he never had a weapon though
