Oh my gosh thank you for taking the time to tell me that! I felt the same way- mostly lifted weights, but noticed people talking abt Pilates and wanted to try it but didn’t want to give up my lifting. I used to do lifting days and Pilates days but I realized you can combine the two into the same workout and they can really compliment one another. So glad you enjoy them too!! 🥰

Hello. Thanks for the great workout. As an alignment based yogi please let ppl know how to place your feet for the plank twist. I had to stop and watch your feet because it is to see to twist your spine if you don’t plant your feet. It seems your feet are not suppose to move with the twist?
