This is a wall pilates workout abs focused. This workout contains 12 Wall Pilates Ab exercises in 12 min. This ab workout is an interval workout with 20 sec on, 10 sec off to rest. This is a suitable wall pilates workout for beginners, with modifications provided and instructions throughout the workout. This workout provides a series of ab exercises that are supportive of strengthening the ab area, which is great if you are looking for a wall pilates workout for belly fat or wall pilates workout for weight loss. Strengthening the ab area through a pilates deep core workout and building endurance is beneficial for injury prevention and for pelvic floor health. This workout can be added on as a "your choice" video for my 28 day Wall Pilates challenge, and will be part of a new 28 day Wall Pilates Challenge coming in the fall. This is a great workout if you are looking for a 10 min wall pilates ab workout to perform on its own, or add to another workout. This workout contains hip flexor work, and is a great workout if you are looking for a pilates workout for hip flexors.

I’ve had 2 c sections in 3 years and my core was super weak. Doing this 28 day challenge has really strengthened my abdominal muscles and flatten my stomach. I’ll keep doing these workouts after the 28 days are over (2 days to go) to continue getting fitter!

I was able to do the full version of the sit up and I know I tried it on another day you did early and I couldn't do it.. but today I did and I am so proud of myself with the strength I have got now. Thank you so much Rachel.. I have 2 more days to go and I have completed the full 28 day challenge.
My husband is proud of me and I have noticed my body is slowly changing for the better.
I will start this challenge over again and I am now going to try some more of your routines

You changed my life! On day 26 of the 28 day challenge and I was actually able to do a full sit up for the first time since I had kids. I could cry. I feel stronger than ever, my fibro pain has been non existent, and no migraines since week 1. If someone's thinking about trying this, start right now! Your body will thank you.

This is my 2nd challenge of yours that I am completing!!!!. I used to workout at a HIIT gym but since i had to have a total hysterectomy last June your challenges have been great for strengthening by hips and pelvic floor as I incorporate your workouts with walking, hiking, lifting, yoga, and stretching!!! Your workouts are working the tiny muscles that have been forgotten at my last gym!!!!! I am finding myself stronger with less hip pain!!!! Thank you for the great workouts!!!

Day 21 done!!! I can feel a difference in my upper abs now! I could barely do a crunch when we started 😂😂😂 after 3 C-sections my lower belly has been my problem area. It’s so hard to loose weight there. Do you have any videos that focus on lower abs? Or is all the leg work helping that area? It’s hard to tell 😂 I definitely see some definition in my upper abs!

Day 21 ✅ I really liked this one! Felt the burn in the upper abs and liked the leg movement out to the side and circles while flexing up!
This has been amazing! I can’t believe there is only 7 days left! These were good for me and I can see and feel how far I have come!! Being able to do the more advanced versions of the sit up things was my favorite! ❤

Day 21 is complete & was soooo great. I learned what ab muscles need more resistance or challenges because my core has muscle memory with ab exercises. Sometimes I don’t feel challenged but I definitely felt it this evening!
Day 21 complete. I am sore this week! Became quite sore after Day 19 but am powering through. This was a great ab workout Rachel. I was glad that it was a short workout today, it was well needed. You're awesome, love these challenges!

Day 21 ( 15 July 2024) As it was a rest day I thought this would be an easy stretch... but wow do my ab muscles hurt now!! managed to push myself for all of those exercises, and boy was I glad to hear the beep of the timer at times!!!

Grear variety of ab exercises. It worked all the muscles, lower and upper abs. Also worked the legs same time. Grear workout and very officent in 12 minutes😊
