    I’m working my way through my first 28 day challenge, but today’s video was short so I decided to add this as a cherry on top. I was pouring sweat! Slipping and sliding all over my mat like a baby hippo, breathing like I’ve been smoking for decades. I’ve been humbled. Thank god I did this in front of an audience of none! And thank you, Rachel, for helping me find joy in exercise again ❤️

    I knew my abs were going to get worked, but I was surprised at how much work my thighs got! Awesome!!!!

    Loved the focus on breathwork here! I thought your mat was a real rug until maybe minute 10 when I was like wow that has some grip 😂🤦‍♀️
