Was angry/sad/depressed when I got home. This workout came up randomly so I went for it. Rocking sets that I just loved because I needed to put everything into it and got a lot back. Seems that moving and working the body solves a lot of problems. So healing too. Can't thank you enough Heather. Thanks for being there and for your talents and imagination to come up with this workout. 🤍

Great workout. I like how you put 20 sec in between workout. It gives enough time for rest and prepare the next pose, no rush helping us to ensure everything goes correctly thus prevent injury.

You are my saving grace for my workout buddies and me. Our gym closed after COVID where we would have our "girl time" and bike down to work out and then coffee. I don't know how I missed this workout before now! I have several HR videos on my favorites lists (done Cardio Core 1,000 times) and this one will be added to the top of "30 min full body weights". I usually want 45 on, 15 off so planned to do 1-2 more reps to make 45.... Nope! i needed the whole 20 rest. Thank you Heather for continuing to make great videos.

Definitely one that I will return to and I am loving your form and your instructions including the compound movements as Rademacher mentioned just her. Thank you, I am sweating from head to toe. I must keep reminding myself to see the changes from these workouts, I absolutely need a bit of discipline in the intake of my food that does not help with burning the excess fat. Heather should make workouts like this more. It's not super heavy and made me heaving throughout, but i felt it on my muscles. Also it's not super heavy on my joints cause I've been in recovery for my injured joints.

Pls do a bit more of this dumbbell full body strength type of training. It's a great workout even though I haven't been gym to do free weights workout, this is exactly what I need to do from home. Thanks Heather!

Heather should make workouts like this more. It's not super heavy and made me heaving throughout, but i felt it on my muscles. Also it's not super heavy on my joints cause I've been in recovery for my injured joints.
