I had a short Labour and positive experience with minimal tearing delivering my baby at 39 weeks, and the OB wanted to know what my secret was so she could pass on to other expecting moms. I’m on pregnancy #2 and proud mama of a 1 year old. I had a really difficult pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period with my first. My body never had time to recover from pregnancy #1 and my fitness level is poor. This was the perfect level of challenge for me today.

You're doing a great job! With my first pregnancy I got a little overweight by 20 weeks and managed to reverse it! You've got this, I've also reached 20 weeks and am feeling tubby, you're no alone. I am trying to do two videos a day with a light run. (Only because I was a runner before.)
This was exactly the workout I needed today! Enough of a challenge to feel like I built strength, but nice that it is all on the floor so it’s almost relaxing! 31 weeks pregnant and doing your workouts since I was 16 weeks. I gained a lot of strength even though I gained a lot of weight as well (62lbs / 28kg).
I have no pain, I still sleep amazing at night, still able to walk about 10.000 steps. I feel huge but I also feel very strong! Thank you for your amazing channel I will be following your workouts all the way and Im planning to follow postpartum program as well. You are amazing!!! ❤
This is my first pregnancy ever I’m 17 weeks and this workout was amazing. Made my hips and back feel so good as lately they have been feeling pretty stiff than I’m used to! Can’t wait to do more of this!

The way I immediately fell asleep after doing this for the first time LOL. 23 weeks here❗️This is an amazing workout. I have it saved and will continue to come back to it for guidance during my daily exercise session. I wanted to try light exercises (other than walking) for my stress/anxiety. My body is noticeably more relaxed after 2 days of doing this routine! Thanks girl ❣️
Second pregnancy here but I’m 5 years older and have had PGP which has hindered my Pilates these last 10 weeks, so today I tried this video and I nearly cried at how empowering it was to move again with not only minimal pain, but with relief on my pelvis and feeling stronger afterwards. THANK YOU.
I'm 35 weeks with my first baby and third trimester has been really hard to keep myself active, sometimes doing yoga but still just always feeling tired and unmotivated. This workout was exactly what I needed and I feel energized already. Definitely will try to incorporate more of your pilates workouts in the upcoming weeks!!!

I have been following your videos for three months now, i'm in month six. Thank you so much for everything you are doing for pregnant women! Some are really hardcore and I will be able to do them after the delivery lol, but I always find new exercises in your videos and can also build my own sequences, which is great!

This is really perfect for where I am now. I'm 17 weeks pregnant with my daughter and did your workouts during my pregnancy with my son who is now almost 11 months old. Due to the incredibly closely spaced pregnancies and hypermazis my fitness level is terrible. So this was tough but relaxing enough for me 😅

At 12 weeks with my 2nd baby. Absolutely loved this workout. A lifted quite heavy before this pregnancy and during the first trimester nausea and exhaustion I’ve only been able to get to the gym around once a week… this has made me feel like I’ve had a massive lower body workout and I lay on the floor for most of it! I am 10 weeks pregnant now do you recommend me to follow the same parental program? Can it be as effective? Or i should go lighter in my workout 😢i need your help

Hello It's my first month so I can do this this exercises
My first time doing this workout after finding out i have twins. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I'm 14 weeks and I'm just eager to keep aches and pains at bay.
Could you do more mat pilates videos? I am 28 weeks pregnant and tore a ligament in my foot. Finding this video very helpful right now as I can't do the standing videos for a while.

Im only in the beginig of the first trimester but i stil strugle with thees exercises. That is beacause i am not at all fitt an a bit obise from beforhand. I am not either as flexibel as you Are. Do you have anny advice on how to change the exsercises a bit to make them a bit easier for me

What can I do to prevent constant coning when doing the bear hold? Or is there an alternative exercise.?
You can dig your knees into the ground (instead of lifting) and practice 360 breath. Breathing into ribs 360 around and on the exhale, use your TAs to pull your baby into your spine. 💞
