I had my baby girl at home, within 6 hours, no tearing and easy peasy! My recovery was a breeze. My midwife was impressed with the power of my pushes, and I just have to say THANK YOU! I wasn't sure at first, but I love this routine! I'm a first time mom at 20 weeks today and I have developed carpel tunnel and I ripped my patella tendon last year, and it's begining to hurt again. I'm really afraid of what's happening with my body=_= I am having to learn a lot of modifications, so this routine was actually really amazing for me! Thank you!

This is one of my favourite workouts because it combines the relaxation and stretch of yoga with the strength training of pilates. I didn't see any other yoga/pilates fusion videos so i was wondering if you would be making any more? Or even a pilates video specifically for third trimester. I am finding that with my growing tummy pilates is getting a bit more challenging than it was a few weeks ago. Thank you!
All of your pregnancy videos are so well thought out and put together. I love the sequences and tips for modifications (as someone who was not very fit pre-pregnancy). I can actually keep up but I really feel the power of the sequences and even thought they can be challenging, they are also fun! I also love your pregnancy cards of the day. Thank you for doing this!!!
I really liked this! At first I thought to complete the whole set would be too hard for me and I would need to stop early (since I just got over the morning sickness phrase so I haven’t really been able to workout for a while) but the whole flow of the entire video was very natural and while I still felt it deep in my muscles I could get through it without stopping! I also really like the pregnancy reading at the end, I got a little teary eyed. I truly appreciate these videos as I experience this new step in my life!

Hi. Could you recommend some exercises and/or stretches for coccyx pain please. I’m 27 weeks pregnant. I have suffered coccyx injury in the past. I’m starting to get pain from it now. At the coccyx and around my buttocks, sometimes going down into my thighs. Thank you. I’ve been doing your morning stretches and love them 😊
