    Jessica- this is my 3rd baby, 10 weeks today. Your videos are the best! With my 2nd baby, your videos were my jam and did 2 a day. I did your pelvic floor exercises whenever I was sitting relaxing. I had my baby girl at home, within 6 hours, no tearing and easy peasy! My recovery was a breeze. My midwife was impressed with the power of my pushes, and I just have to say THANK YOU! Your entire video series is just amazing, and I'm happy to see so many new videos for my 3rd pregnancy. From a truly happy mama, THANK YOU, and please keep doing what you're doing!

    the pilates and yoga combination has been my favorite so far! i am almost 9 weeks and have moved to a brand new country. these videos bring me peace and make me feel less lonely! 💗

    Absolutely the best pregnancy videos I can find on UA-cam. Good exercises with different levels of difficulty. I use these videos everyday for exercise. I just love the simple set up, clear instructions and good combinations of movement. ❤❤❤

    Currently 34 weeks pregnant! I've been doing your videos since the beginning of my pregnancy and have felt great. I especially love them when I am not feeling up to (light) weight training but still want to move and work my body.

    Loved this fusion so much! With me being 11 weeks & dealing w/ the 1st trimester blues I’ve lost all strength & energy so I got out of routine but this was a perfect way to ease me back in! Thank you!

    Thank you! I’m 35 weeks and have been doing lots of your videos throughout my pregnancy, always feel great after. Have swollen ankles and legs most days but doing your videos really helps to reduce the swelling 🙂

    I'm in my 30th week of pregnancy and I thoroughly enjoyed the fusion between pilates and yoga! I love the balance between strength and stretch. Just what I need! Please keep more of these types of videos coming! Thanks for all of your videos...They have accompanied me throughout my whole pregnancy and have left me feeling strong and energized.

    I wasn't sure at first, but I love this routine! I'm a first time mom at 20 weeks today and I have developed carpel tunnel and I ripped my patella tendon last year, and it's begining to hurt again. I'm really afraid of what's happening with my body=_=
    I am having to learn a lot of modifications, so this routine was actually really amazing for me! Thank you!

    This was great! I'm always trying to decide if I should do prenatal Pilates or yoga and you combined them both! I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and this is the perfect workout for me. A reasonable length of time and still easy enough for me to keep up with. Thank you!

    I usually try to challenge myself to do the most advanced of each possible exercise or stretch, but those side planks were beyond my ability today at 39 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I gave myself grace to do the modification.

    I've been doing your pregnancy yoga since my 2nd trimester- about once a week or when I do not feel like I have enough energy to go to the gym!! I am 32 weeks pregnant now!! I look forward to continuing my prenatal yoga sessions with you! :-)

    I have been doing your classes since my first trimester, currently 31 weeks along, and they have been great! This is one of my favourite workouts because it combines the relaxation and stretch of yoga with the strength training of pilates. I didn't see any other yoga/pilates fusion videos so i was wondering if you would be making any more? Or even a pilates video specifically for third trimester. I am finding that with my growing tummy pilates is getting a bit more challenging than it was a few weeks ago. Thank you!

    All of your pregnancy videos are so well thought out and put together. I love the sequences and tips for modifications (as someone who was not very fit pre-pregnancy). I can actually keep up but I really feel the power of the sequences and even thought they can be challenging, they are also fun! I also love your pregnancy cards of the day.     I really liked this! At first I thought to complete the whole set would be too hard for me and I would need to stop early (since I just got over the morning sickness phrase so I haven’t really been able to workout for a while) but the whole flow of the entire video was very natural and while I still felt it deep in my muscles I could get through it without stopping! I also really like the pregnancy reading at the end, I got a little teary eyed. I truly appreciate these videos as I experience this new step in my life!

    Hi. Could you recommend some exercises and/or stretches for coccyx pain please. I’m 27 weeks pregnant. I have suffered coccyx injury in the past. I’m starting to get pain from it now. At the coccyx and around my buttocks, sometimes going down into my thighs.
