I'm almost 14 weeks with my second child and have just discovered your channel and therefore this month's workout schedule. This was such a challenge for me! My hips were tight and sore and I had to take a rest on each side at one point. But I feel so good for having finished. And then that card at the end really got me... I hope I can keep this routine up and see how I go with this workout when it comes up again later in my pregnancy!

At 37 weeks I definitely had to modify some of these moves, but I love the hip strength/flexibility focus of this video. I’ve been having some horrible hip pain in my 2nd and 3rd trimesters, your prenatal Pilates videos have proven to be the best way to eliminate and prevent my hip pain!

In my 3rd trimester and my energy has left me again like in my 1st trimester but I told myself imma keep working out no matter how small or short until I cant anymore and this workout was so perfect thank you hopefully gonna do one of your yoga videos later tonight to release the days tension

6.5 months now and finally getting serious about being active! I was running regularly on my treadmill before pregnancy but got very discouraged I didn’t have the energy to keep it up, now at least I’m not doing nothing!
Currently in week 32 and have started to feel the need to slow down! This paired with your 15 minute Dance Cardio was really what I needed to feel a bit more cheerful! Thank you🌻

Ahhhh… I loved this today! It’s so nice to do these workouts! I sometimes forget how exercising makes me feel so much better. That includes during pregnancy…even if I feel tired and slow already! Wow. Endorphins are great.

I really love this workout and I’m in 4 th month of pregnancy . Feel good stretch and also this workout targets hip dips ( usually women gain fat here easily )
This workout does a good job of targeting hip dips and nice workout to pair up with household chores too

I went through an immense fatigue those last 4 weeks but trying slowly to to bring back exercises. I tried this one with some breaks because it was really tough on the legs. 38 years old and 7 months pregnant.
This morning, I was very tired but decided to exercise anyway, and this video was so helpful I feel much better 😊

...Except for the quad stretch on a bent knee. I know you say the stretch shouldn't come from the back but realistically it's difficult to do that without some kind of back arch, which does not feel good when pregnant. I always do that bit lying down, even then only very gently.
The rest of the exercises are great though, really challenging and good. Thank you.

Its! It was a great workout. It will be great if you can tell more about alignments such as hands, knee position, and give a couple of seconds to align. For pregnant women, it's hard to catch as the video is moving fast. I have to stop multiple times and in some poses, I Dnt even know my alignments are correct or not.

In the kneeling leg lift/circle exercises, I feel the burn mostly in the glute of my kneeling leg, not the moving leg. Is that normal?

Okay, that was deceptively difficult. I'm 21 weeks tomorrow and when I saw the length of the video I assumed it would be really easy but I was so wrong. Ps I am loving all of your prenatal pilates and yoga videos.
I truly appreciate this workout. I was honestly not sure how this 17 mins video can make justice. But, pairing up with 20 min walking makes a great sense. @author- could you please give an estimation of calories burnt while doing this workout for 5 feet girls in healthy BMI. This estimation helps me a lot better..

Definitely a lot harder to do in final weeks. I'm going to have to just stick with yoga for the rest of pregnancy. Great short workout though, feel it in my glutes for sure.

At 35 weeks this was tough! But I did it!
Anyone know why I get pain down my entire leg during these types of leg exercises? It's not like a normal muscle burn, and I sometimes feel incapable of performing side lifts.
Do you have pelvic girdle pain? I do and these asymmetrical exercises are horrible for me to get through. Maybe check with your care provider?

Hey I really love your videos. Could you make some without the music in the background or maybe some calming music instead such as rain showers or beach waves. I like to get into a calming atmosphere when doing my workout but I can’t get into that headspace with the background music that you have chosen. Thank you❤
