    There is another one I`ve been experimenting with the past few weeks: You do the classic version of the Mike Tyson push up but in slow motion. I take 10 secs to go down, then hold the down position for another 10 secs and then push myself back up taking another 10 secs, whilst wearing a weighted vest.

    My physiotherapist reccomended me these begginer version push ups for my shoulder rehab :D its really nice exercise, I encourage you to try it even if you re able to do regular push ups already

    I do them pausing 15 to 20 seconds while stretching or planking.
    Really tough

    In jail we do the back movement in the low position. 450 in an hour in sets of 3.

      I do the 5 variations 3 x 10 or 15 repetitions each variation with breaks of 1 minute and 30 seconds and then with dumbbells 10 chest exercises 5 inclined and 5 straight on the floor with 40 seconds of exercises and 20 seconds of rest between exercises thanks for your excellent response, your channel, hugs and good luck

    Is there a "best" order to do these in? Ie which muscles will fatigue first and last?

      Better to start with classic variation to develop proper technique! Chest and shoulders will fatigue first

      ​@@AlexWorkout1I realize I was a little unclear with my phrasing, Please allow me to try again: over the course of a single workout, is there an optimum order in which to do these variations? I can go based off of your comment that chest and shoulders will fatigue first, that I should maybe do classic and Pike last, but I don't know very much, you'd know a lot more than me, so if you have a specific optimum order, I'd be very interested / grateful to hear it.
      I had a pretty elaborate HIIT routine but I switched to classic/ standard Tyson push-ups a few months ago and I am pleased with the results, better or at least equal development in less time.
      So if you got any more "full body" or time saving workouts, I'm definitely here for it.

      In my opinion, you should always start with a heavier exercise first, then move on to a lighter one. This way, you can do more work. I would start with pike push-ups, then wide push-ups, followed by classic push-ups, then the triceps variation of Tyson's push-up, and finally, the last one from the knee.

    Variations of the Mike Tyson push up kind of misses the point of the Mike Tyson push up.

    Hindu pushup is much better
