DIY Rover Tech here. I have this same Model with 310k Miles on it. No Check Engine Light. Cold A/C. Everything works and I still get 25 MPG on Regular Gas @ 2000 RPM (65MPH) ! I have an Alternator waiting for whenever the Stock one goes out. I also will change the Front Lower Coolant Hoses and Oil Cooler Lines as well while it's Torn Down. This was the most Reliable Model Land Rover made with NO Air Suspension and No excessive Sensors. If you keep your Vehicle Clean, change the oil, replace Tires as needed and Use Genuine Parts (swapping with the 2008 Volvo XC 90 3.2 i6 is okay) and Drive it like it's Transportation and not a Race Car it will RUN LIKE A NEW VEHICLE AS LONG AS YOU OWN IT. Thanks for the Video!!!
@@ravenbonanza1522 I have the Original Owner's Manuals/Sales Brochures and it states that "Although the LR2 can run on ANY GRADE of Gasoline WITHOUT Damage the Engine, it runs best on Premium Gasoline." I then tried a tank of 87 to see. It ran no different and I have Not used Premium since... Try a tank of Exxon or Shell. YOU WILL NOT GO BACK. You're Welcome and Slow Down...
seems like video shows 3 connector (sensors) on passenger side. wonder how do you reach to the top 2 connectors at radiator side. thanks for the video. i would dare to trying put it together without your video. i've been watching this video about two dozens of time and am 1/2 way done.... wish me luck!

@redpepper70 It was fun trying to figure it out on my own. Some connections I reached from under the vehicle.
@@joshsautoandcustoms9840 i hate how engineer designed connector's lock. i'm still working on unlock these fu#$@ connector lock....
Why would you not record the part where you got it over the coolant tube thats the only part im struggling with
The tube will come out with an Allen wrench
@@joshsautoandcustoms9840 so i just find an allen key that fits in there and go lefty loosey
That's correct.
@joshsautoandcustoms9840 alright, thank you appreciate it big dawg
Your welcome. I figured out the Allen trick after I fought the intake around that tube.
What the hell is the thing the alternator is attached to
It has it a belt that acts as a coupler.
