It’s funny how I always think with cardio, that you have to be moving fast or running etc., and it’s amazing how quickly your heart rate raises, with the slow controlled movements! This was a deceptive workout. It looked easy until I did it. It challenged all of the muscles in my body with lots of balance included. I really felt my arms being worked as well as my legs, glutes, abs, etc. Thanks for a very different but very effective wonderful workout that got my heartrate up, a sweat on and worked all of my muscles without having to jump around like a crazy person, Lauren!

MALE over 55: I really enjoyed this workout. Not really fast passed, but I am sweating and exhausted at the end. I can see my progress for balance. I cannot perform some of the moves but I can modify to work for me and have a goal for the future. I can see my balance is improving. I will do more of these workouts. I really enjoy a variety of exercise workouts. Thank you.

This is a wonderful, mild workout to begin
the day or to help you get back into the groove after being away for a bit. Recently, I was waylaid to illness. I used this routine to gently reintroduce my body to exercise. Perfect!

I am so enjoying your videos. I've been trying to do 1/2 an hour to an hour daily from beginning of Jan following a knee injury. My knee has improved tremendously and I feel.im getting stronger with.better.posture and balance all the time. I did this video yesterday which was my first.full standing one.
Your instructions are brilliantly clear and the video is easy to follow visually too. Altogether brilliant.

I’ve been riding my bike every day again since we’re in AZ for the winter now. But it’s 92 degrees out so I decided to do cardio inside. Been a month since I’ve done this one and it felt great and brand new again! Such a fun alternative!
