I’ve been doing this for about 3 days paired with 30 minute cardio. I- I am actually shocked at how fast I can see results. My triceps are a lot tighter and I definitely see them slimming down. Thank you for this workout :)

I like how beginner friendly this video is. I have weak arms and I'm hoping to teach my muscles they exist. 5 minutes in and it hurts a lot already, but I'm not giving up! Adding this into my daily routine.

Hi!! Im Sue and almost 60 years old !! I have been doing this pretty much daily for 3 months. I have significant tennis elbow from using weights for biceps and triceps. I cannot believe the results in this amount of time without using weights and no pain!!! Sooo appreciative ! 😊
i'm a quadriplegic ♿👨🦽(28 yrs) and have very minimal tricep function. i workout 6 days a week, eat healthy and supplement daily. Today i realized i'm unable to activate my tri's by themselves (without the help of other muscles). I love how you get right into it, no bla bla bla intro. I saw great results within 2 weeks of doing this workout everyday, with some form of cardio 3 times a week (mostly jumping jacks and jump ropes). I also used 5lb dumbbells for some of the moves. I’m at 1 month doing this now & my arms are so sleek & toned. Batwings gone! Thank you ❤

Finally. I've used endless arm workout videos for half a decade and this one actually incorporates the triceps (our biggest problem area as women), light press-ups mixed with a brief yoga stretch to help my back, and pauses in between sets. As it gets easier I can simply add some light weights to your routine. Amazing stuff, thank you!! ❤

I used to be a competitive swimmer a loooong time ago, and I’m trying to build up my tricep strength so I can get back in the pool.

I finished day seven of doing this workout every day, because my triceps and arms in general were starting to look flabby. Thank you menopause 😂.
But now, on day seven, I can see a difference and also I feel stronger! I’m gonna keep on doing this work out probably not every day, but 4 to 5 days per week. Also, I feel like my posture is better.
