Firm Bum and Toned Abs Workout

- Bum and Abs is a series of floor exercises that concentrate in toning your glutes and shapes abdominal muscles. The combination of the exercises will help you stabilise your entire core and work on the upper and lower glutes shaping them and toning them into those lean and long shapes of a ballerina. You'll be stronger and firmer all around. Happy workout!

Another great "quickie" from my favorite dancer/trainer!!! Since I found your channel @ 8 months ago I've completely abandoned my old training buddies (so sorry Jessica, Cassie, Rebecca, et al!) because when I workout with you it doesn't feel so calisthenic- perhaps because you ARE a professional ballerina I have a different mindset, I approach them as part of "dance training" and not just a workout. I've been linking several of your videos together each day and the possible combinations are unlimited. I've used your program recommendations and come up with a few good ones of my own to keep in "dance shape" until classes resume in the fall. Thank you for being here!
Oh, and i forgot to say "Good Luck" to the beautiful bride! Congratulations on your recent nuptials! Also, my two cats love to workout with me, just doing what cats do and taking over my mat so that there is scarcely room for me on it. They hear your cats now and then and perk up, looking for the alien cat in the room!
