This warmup/cardio is a general way to get your body ready for your upcoming day or workout routine. Warming up your muscles and joints before any workout is very important to reduce the chances of injuries.

everday i do nice warm up
Each day I do this Wake - up Body then I do Some Warm-ups from you and I have to lose weight even I ’m fine , it’s too much for ice dancing and I will have a Coach really knew in France but he said that the muscles of Ballerina are not enough strong.
Pending the pandemic, I worked 6 hours with your lessons and only.
I really don’t care what he said, I form the care , it’s a big huge differente.

Dearest Alessia, good morning! Once again I did your exercies, feeling great und beautiful and greatful to you, dear girl.
Now I have a really big plee to you. I always train with only one video - that one without intros, because IT IS without intros.
But you have lots of mos beautiful other things I could do, those intros are really going on my nervs,, because after doing them once or twice I know, what is going to happen. That waiting annoys me very much.
I understand, that there are probably lots of persons who do need those intros.
Now, in this time of carantine, could you probably do that and shorten the intro-videos, so that people habe two varieties - with and without them?
I know, it means a lot of work. But you know, you are really the best. I have a personal ballet trainer, and I have been dancing ballet for 5 or 6 years already. And believe me, there is nowwhere so much positivity , beauty , poise and really, really joy as watching your videos, trying to dance with you and so on. You are very special. I wish, I could use more of your wonderful videos, if they hadn´t so long explanations...

I really love this one - I do it almost every day and it really, really helps keep my back and shoulder tension and soreness at bay. Now that I'm pregnant, I just skip the plank/bridge exercise and do quad stretches instead.
This is how I start my day as well. I am dancing. I do my workout and my girlfriend is watching me and smiles. We really have such a good time.

I’ve been out of exercise commission for a few months due to eczema and hives but I’m slowly getting myself moving again and this is perfection for moving the body and awakening my soul but not too much🙊 I’m literally beaming right now that I was able to enjoy movement again😌 A million thank yous for this gift✨
