Nikki this was so precious. Your love story is so real and reminded me of meeting my husband. We were both deep thinking and faith driven kids too. So young marriage may seem crazy to a lot of people but for us it just made sense. It hasn’t been easy all the time of course. But I have no regrets. It’s so beautiful when two people have that crazy spiritual connection!! You just can’t explain it! But it’s worth fighting for. That’s what I got from your relationship with dan. You have a relationship with him that other people might not fully understand. It’s a connection unique between the two of you. You know each other better than anyone else in the world knows you. Hey Nikki! I rarely comment on videos but had to for this video because i love love, being in love and reminiscing the different stages of the relationship and seeing what has been built since then. I’ve been in a relationship since I was 13 I’m now 26 to the love of my life. The feeling you described about Dan when you first met him when you felt it in your cells, but not really pin pointing that feeling, you just know it’s a good feeling. I had the same feeling when my partner was still with his ex (my best friend at the time, there was no cheating). When my best friend at the time introduced me to him my face went blank but my mind was going hyper speed of me seeing myself spend the rest of my life with him, having kids, us sitting on our front porch till we’re wrinkly and old. Him and I ended talking and ended up liking each other a lot and he dumped her for me. She said she was cool with us dating they’ve only dated for 3ish weeks. People tell me that I’m “missing out, I need more experience or that I’m just too young.” I’ve never paid any attention to those around us, it’s still surprises me till this day that people who don’t even know you feel they have a right to apply their rules or beliefs into your lives. We’re not married yet, we’re loving our relationship and it feels just right. We’re in no rush to tie the knot but I hope you make more of these videos. Thanks so much!!!
