    I began learning qi gong during the pandemic lockdowns, using UA-cam videos. I only wish I'd come across this one first, as it has such a wealth of useful advice for the uninitiated. Thank you

    Just looked at your site. You are the first i have seen to cover maodun zhuang in zz in the west. It is a very basic practice but useful. Well done. Btw, do you have right shoulder tension? It seems higher.
