Thank you so much. I always feel pain in my shoulder and neck after swimming and other activities. I take care of my body position when I do the household activities but I still have chronic pain. I will corporate these exercises into my routine.

I'd like to say that the pinch they are talking about, happens not just on the recovery phase of the stroke but also when pulling, if you don't make a high elbow catch, then when pulling you are making a lot of stress on the shoulder.
So please take care of your technique and don't forget about strengthening your muscles.

I would like to know when to start the therapy exercise. Do I have to stop swimming and wait until all symptoms are gone? Or stop for 1 week or 6 weeks -before beginning therapy. Some guidance would be helpful.

I am loving your videos! I recently had a shoulder impingement and its been so fun watching all your videos (even the ones not related to my injury haha). What are your opinions on behind the next shoulder presses? Is it a high risk movement and does strengthening the posterior shoulder make it a reasonable lift? There are several videos on youtube where they advise to never try behind the neck shoulder presses, which is an extremel common lift for olympic weight lifters.

I have a small tear in my rotator cuff (but not by swimming), and some of the pain I feel also irritates my neck and right shoulder blade. I'm currently doing physical therapy and some of the advice and motions they show in this video are the same my therapist has talked over with me. Has anyone else experience the same thing, and what type of pool exercises did you do?

Hi guys , i fell of my bike about 7 weeks ago. . Hurt like hell. .felt a cruch or something . Anyway alot better now .generally no pain during day .some at night. But it hurts at back end off stroke as i start to bring the arm up and out of the water to over the water heading towards the front end. That whete most pain lies in the shoulder front. Must be internal rotation there at that point. Any thoughts on an exercise specific for this

Those are rehab exercises, not ideal for building mass
