I went to this event in California. This guy’s explanation is more complete than what I learned- especially about the ordering process limited to selecting one of the trim levels. I guess we will see how it eventually goes.
Orders are smashing it in Australia where the Landcruiser 79 rules. My one wish is that they eventually offer an all black interior. I can't stand the light grey headliner and pillars. Last I heard was that Oz made up 25% of total orders globally.
Most people who drive the diesel and gas are saying the gas is smoother to drive on and off road. The trade off is you lose mpg but that is what rotopax are for.
Why INEOS didn’t come to SE Florida is beyond me ? Just dumb .. I think they are missing out. Many like myself want to buy one. Who is running the pr effort ? Right now it sucks, sorry. If anyone from INEOS is watching, pls let your potential clients know what the plan is ? Thank you !

Awesome, well thought out, explaination. I wish the B57 diesel could be brought to the US.
Very neat vehicle. It had no body sway while going through the off-road terrain trail. Very impressed
A diesel variant would be amazing especially since they were going for 280hp and big tq band

@@BROCKgoFAST I edit my post it should have said gas is smoother. Once BMW dropped EPA coverage for Diesel the engine won't show up on our shores.
Just so you all know, this is one of around 100 prototype vehicles made in Austria, serial production im Hambach still has not started yet.
They had about 10 prototypes there. None were ready for production
Do you have any info if there will be events similar to this on the East coast?
I believe Miami is next. They have an East coast and a West Coast tour

They did actually. Right after leaving Tampa they were headed to South Florida for the next demo.
