I, however, would like to caution everyone about likelihood of fungus while the sprouts start developing and growing. I rinse them twice a day. Depending upon the climate, it is easy for fungus to develop. Rinsing doesn't slow down sprouting but it definitely deters fungal growth. And, always check before using straight on sandwiches or adding to the salads. Enjoy!
