trans people currently (and some people reading this will immediately feel a knee jerk reaction to leave a negative comment even though those people don't affect your day to day life whatsoever. Just proves how effective it is to come up with a "boogie man" to direct your hate to instead of the politicians who actually do make your lives miserable)

@@Krissy_Bunnie You're right and it's sad to see. Profitablity is intertwined with conflict. Big corpo makes objectively harmful food, and then sells medicine to fix the mess they've created. I drink sodas and indulge in junk food, so im not like guilt free. I think it's just nice to hear someone put it into volatile words and make it a more digestible form.
To get elected you need a strong message. If you don't have a strong message and you want to win sooo badly, just create the conflict you seek eliminate.

He's more Dylan than Dylan, more Rodriguez than Rodriguez.
He's worth more than gold and is just as essential as breathing.
I cannot tell you how much he's done to help restore my faith in 21st Century Youth Culture since my 60 something year old ears found him.
I can't give this young fellah enough praise.
Unpretentious and profound, yet never trying to be.

Was telling a friend the other day about Mitch. He didn’t know how he was.

@@nunyabizness9787 Me too. Mitch also popped up earlier today for me in an old episode of Dr. Katz I was watching here on UA-cam. I see you, synchronicities! 👁️👄👁️

I've "played guitar" for about 40 years now.
In the past 7 days, you have written more songs than I have in 40 years.
That pisses me off, but only because of my own lack of talent, ability, and focus.
Jesse, keep doing exactly what you are doing!

As long as you enjoy your pastime, please don't beat yourself up over a perceived lack of [insert whatever else you see another musician do].
The love of music is one of the most amazing blessings we have as a species. Enjoy it my brother.
      Cheers!

You know, I never really understood where the stories about people selling their souls to the devil for talent came from until I watched this man create powerful song after powerful song, each of them an absolute bop, with only days in between uploads. I see no other explanation

I love this too, and Jesse thanks again for writing all these wonderful songs. I also wanted you to know that I really appreciate the nod to Mitch Hedberg, One of my favorite comedians of all time, I mean I used to, but I still do too😂🤘

I've been listening to stripped down singer-songwriters for about 20 years now, and I can't think of anyone even close to as talented as Jesse in ability to churn out insightful, catchy, Bob Dylan-esque tunes with such regularity. It's astonishing to see. Keep it up, Jesse. Love every bit of it. Your lyrics are as provocative as they are fun and witty.

So much wit and wisdom in this song!! I think I could listen to it ten times and find a different truth/topic each time. This is genuine POETRY - profound thoughts in a nutshell - you've got a GIFT, Jesse.
