1st thing are these amazing led strips but for me the painted bulbs with blue leds inside are just so awsome. Great work, can't wait to see how the whole car will turn out.
You both have crazy miatas , so it would be cool to see them in collaboration. Or maybe even a collab with every youtuber with an outstanding miata build at once. ,,miata party’’ - the event
Easy off is the go to for stripping chrome for future reference, also the HID's will give you better performance and if you don't want them I would buy them, and the ballasts will be just fine in the oven they live pretty close to the rad and rest of the heat of the engine bay plus get pretty hot themselves as well as the bulbs
Good to know! Also, easy-off doesn’t work in california anymore. I have a bottle from 2016 that will strip paint, and a brand new bottle that needs scrubbing to get through stains.
Great video and awesome work with these. Quick tip you can turn the adjustment bolts to move the bowl inside enough to get the igniters out for the hids without opening the lights up. Also the ballasts should be able to be disconnected from underneath them

Dude the headlights look so sick!!! Ive been flirting with the idea of doing my Miata headlights but just haven't had the balls to try it. The eyes and LED strip look sweet!! Does kinda look like a supra btw
@@cyberunndesign 2003. I've cleaned up the outside with the 3M headlight buffer wheel kit thing and it cleared them up a lot but the rest of the fogginess is on the inside, if i ever take em apart I'd like to do the LED strips to. You got em looking awesome man!

Just need to plan it around a few days or more off in a row or get rides to work cuz i gotta feeling I'll be without headlights for a lil bit when i do it. Its my daily, Plus i guess ive been hesitant to cook my headlights lol. I'll try to cook em lik medium rare at first
@@cyberunndesign I think more real time updates instead of naration would be better but that's my opinion but I really like the pacing. Other than that it's still super entertaining and fun to watch.
