SINCE UPLOADING THIS VIDEO, THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO HAVE COME OUT ABOUT THEIR BAD EXPERIENCES WITH MILES BERRY. THIS IS REGARDING SUBPAR TREATMENT OF PATIENTS IN TERMS OF BEHAVIOUR AND SURGERY RESULTS.
EXAMPLES ARE:
MAKING INAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS ABOUT PEOPLES BODIES
I’VE SEEN A LOT OF BIGGER PEOPLE COMPLAIN OF HIM NOT CORRECTING DOG EARS, EXTRA SKIN OR EXTRA TISSUE LEFT AFTER SURGERY AND BLAMING SUBPAR RESULTS ON A PATIENTS OWN “FATNESS”. IN THESE CASES, I KNOW SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD TO GO TO OTHER SURGEONS WHO COULD EASILY CORRECT THEIR BOTCHED RESULTS.
REPEATED MISGENDERING WHILE UNDER HIS CARE.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM, I WOULD RECOMMEND

Is it weird that having a guy on the internet tell me I’m an underachiever makes my day a million times better?

@@mojangus5810 DIYSFORIA WHAT IM CRYING
i wonder what the euphoria level is between binding for the first time and top surgery
It probably feels amazing.
The first time I binded my chest I felt so amazing that I was jumping around and telling all my friends, and I'm not even trans.
So I can't even imagine how happy a trans man would feel having something that doesn't belong on their bodies finally being removed after having to carry the burden of having them for so long
@@kodathy9386 I'm a trans man who has chest dysphoria... and god the feeling of my first bind was amazing. I was so god damn happy when my chest was flat. It was amazing. My dysphoria? Gone
My chest? Flat
Hotel? Trivago
@@kodathy9386 My first time binding wasn't even with a binder, it was a singular sports bra which doesn't bind as much and I was still so happy with it
I was rolling on the bed and stuff, it was awesome
I almost cried the first time I was binding bc it felt and looked so awesome
Oh that must be amazing... i can't get a surgery ofc and can't even afford a binder🤧 my dysphoria is crazy
watched this video for the first time the day after it was posted, about a month after turning 13.
My top surgery consultation is next week and i’m just revisiting to tell you all that it gets better :)))
wishing you luck with your procedure! I'm in the process of finding a surgeon right now, just can't decide on the surgery type 😅
That’s so good!! Wish you luck!
Way too young. Please reconsider. 🙏
@@erinsymone1645 uh.. some people have thought that since they were 4 bro 😭😭😭
@@erinsymone1645 Dude they're saying they were 13 when this video came out 4+ years ago so now they're 17-18 getting their surgery. That's definitely not too young.
I cannot tell you how good your chest turned out. Noah this is great info, love your channel
idk if anyone will see this, but I'll post it for the self-validation. im 16 and getting top surgery February 18th, and i'm just so fucking excited to be at peace with my body
HOW'D IT GO HAS IT HAPPENED DID YOU MEAN 2023
How’d it go? How’s recovery been?
UPDATEE????
ahhh sorry, i didn't see that people responded! yeah, i got the surgery that date and it went super smoothly! recovery was good, and its amazing being able to be shirtless. it's been so nice to finally content / happy with my body and how i look. i hope all the trans people reading this are able to get to that point and i wish you the best
@@wrwlf7 that's amazing I'm so happy for youu! I definitely hope so ♥️
Miles Berry's prices have significantly increased since this video unfortunately. In a recent email from his team I received in November 2020, I was informed that the initial consultation is now £150, and the cost for surgery is now £6595.00 for 2 hours in theatre, £7095.00 for 2 ½ hours in theatre, £7615.00 for 3 hours in theatre, £8095.00 for 3 ½ hours in theatre, and £8594.00 for 4 hours in theatre. And you cannot guarantee how long you'll be in theatre until you have it. Just something to be aware of for anyone else looking into surgery with Miles Berry so you can figure out whether or not you can afford it 😊👍
Please be super-careful about sun exposure for however many months the surgeon says so your scars will fade properly.
I always hated my breasts, and I always open the "medicine" capnet (I don't put drugs in it, but most people do) so that I wouldn't see myself. I wish I can have top surgery, but I don't have the money. But there's no need to worry, because my mom will win the ultimate lottery jackpot one day! We will be rich!
Best of luck for you! I hope you'll get top surgery one day :)
Has anyone ever told you your results are _actually the best I've ever seen!?_ omg, for real tho. XD jk, I know everybody tells you that. *BUT IT"S TRUE THO, SO GOOOD!* XD
and congrats on your comments being back, yeeeeeee!!! 'bout frickin' time, dam! :)
Mine is gonna suck because I dropped a shampoo bottle on my foot two years ago and there's still a scar?
I have a scar on my chin from when I fell like 10 years ago, and it's only recently that people can't really see it when I show them. On my finger I have a scar, but it's not noticable unless you know, which most people don't, and I had surgery in my finger a few months ago. I think it depends on what the scar is and some scars take longer to heal than others.
i’ve got a bunch of scars all over, but my biggest/best story is on my foot, my sister and i were flying kites and she accidentally dropped her kite string or something and i was sitting in a stroller (bc i was very small) and it somehow got caught and the rope burn from the kite string cut open my foot, not very much but i was bleeding and the scar is still there i’m looking at it rn lol anyway my point is i (or my mom) didn’t put anything on that cut to help it heal, we just bandaged it and let it heal like any other cut or scrape (i’m 15 now). however, my brother was playing on the couch with the dog and he fell off and hit his face and his glasses cut his eyebrow open and it was bleeding a lot and i was home alone with him and i had to call our dad (who i think was out shopping) and grandpa (who lives across the street from us) anyway he had to get like seven or thirteen stitches i don’t remember but he put mederma on his scar and it’s barely visible now (i think probably two or three years later) though we have very similar skin types anyway sorry i ramble a lot it’s 2am but i hope this helped to show that like yeah some scars stick around for a long time but some disappear real fast and it just depends how you treat them oh also i think it’s like once ever seven or once every fourteen years but your skin like completely regenerates so yeah i’m sure it’ll be fine? i mean ofc your worries are valid and i respect them ig i just wanted to say like yknow just bc you have one scar that’s stuck around for a long time doesn’t mean that all your scars will, plus scars in general take a while to fully heal. sorry thanks bye
just depends on how you treat it! there are good scar masks and creams to help clear scars
-witch hazel-
I have a scar on my back that is like 40 cm long after my scoliosis surgery
Hey Noah, so happy to hear that you are pleased with your results, you mentioned earlier in the video that if you went shirtless and were self conscious about your scars that you can always have make up put over them and make them less visible. I was wondering if, in the future, you would be able to do a video where you have your scars covered up with make up as it would be really useful for me to see how much of a d difference this makes. It would be greatly appreciated and hope you're having a great day! x
I have top surgery in 16 days! Looking quite forward to it! Thank you Noah! :)

I know this may sound like a weird question coming from a trans girl, but do any of you trans guys who have had too surgery heard of tattoo artists who can put tattoos over your scars after some time to make it look more natural or other ways to make it look as natural as possible? I’ve been wondering this lately as I have tons of friends who are trans guys
i think just makeup like you’d use to cover any other scar? like idk much abt makeup but if you have acne scars that you use makeup to cover you can probably just use the same thing as long as your chest isn’t too different in color from your face (btw i’m using the hypothetical collective you or whatever) but then again i’m a pre-op enby so idk don’t quote me on that ig
I heard a few weeks ago that you can get a form of tattooing called micro pigmentation done. I believe it’s where they basically tattoo a colour that matches your skin tone as close as possible, but I’m no expert so you might want to look into it more if you’re still looking for options :)
Tattooing over scaring is hard because the skin there is tough, so if an artist does cover scars they I'll need to be fairly skilled. I believe they use darker tones to ensure longevity, so I doubt they would be able to use light colors to make it look more natural, so if the main drive is a natural look then I doubt you'll find anyone. you can most definitely find skilled artists who can cover scars with art though!

London Wellbeck hospital
A thousand kudos for the info. Noah and you look great as always.
I'm a Cis gay guy, idk how or why i got here but i'm nor complaining
ikr he’s cute aND informational
Oh my god I'm an idiot. I thought the surgeon was a woman with their last name being Milesberry, not a man called Miles Berry.
I remember watching this when it came out and now I'm finally gonna get top surgery myself. I hope my result will be as good as yours
I'm in Australia, could I still travel and get my top surgery with Miles Berry?
You'd probably have to have a doctor refer you to him, and then have to pay for all your traveling, AND the surgery
I had the same thought process when I was younger too. About the chest.
Bless you for all the times you sneezed
I haven't been sure about top surgery, but realizing that I'm almost certainly eligible for peri, I'm so excited to have top surgery one day 😊
I’m having top surgery in 2 days and I’m so excited!
That’s sick! Congratulations
Ay, how did it go?
7 days Post OP today! Getting my drains out tomorrow 😅
I finally have my top surgery consult in April. 😌
Thanks for making such a in depth video. I'm a long way away from top surgery since im only just planning my assessment for T with Dr Lorimer at gendercare, once I'm on T I'll be saving for top surgery. From your confidence in your surgeon it's made me think I might try go with the same person if I can afford it. I've worked out its probably going to take me about 2 years to save for it, which is a long time but will definitely be worth it. That's unless I somehow managed to get to the top of the NHS Newcastle gender clinic before I've saved enough in which case I'll get surgery through NHS 👍
You saying that $5000 is expensive, my eyes widened. I'm Australian. I have my surgery on Tuesday, which is why I am watching top surgery videos. It was over $5000 for the surgeon. Almost $2000 for the antitheist, and $4600 for the hospital overnight stay. I have been saving for a year for it, and my mum even helped me out.
Honestly the best thing for scar fading is pure aloe vera. I have a plant in my house and in like 5 days with applying 3 times a day my scars had practically completely faded. (I dont know how it works with surgery incisions but it definitely worked with self harm scars)
Awe I hope you're better now?
holy crap comments are back
Drains hurt me too dude, everything else was great except the drains, blood spurted out of one of my drains holes too it was minging
I want the surgeryyyyyy!!! 😭😭😭
The “wow” at the end sent me 😂
Yes
I'm traveling to london for top surgery from New York 🤘
About the weird sensation, I can’t speak for all guys but I’m pretty sure that’s normal. There usually aren’t many nerves there even with breast muscles.
ik when i had surgery in-between my chest i legit had a curved ass mf back bc if i tried to stand up straight, i genuinely thought my scab would stretch. it was so fkn scary/an anxiety filled experience😭

I had a dream about Noah at this point in time last night. He when to private school with me Cory was in the dream also. I was really worried about Noah. He was really sad about something. Then Cory helped him. And I tried to stand up for him. Then Noah started to feel better and get better. Then I helped Cory then Cory helped me. Then I tried to stand up for Noah and someone was me to me at the private school I went to in the US. Then I woke up. It was a really good dream!
I just ordered my first binder :)
Bless you (for the sneeze)
God I can’t wait for this to me
Me watching this on the 7th of January oh congrats two years post op
I worry about having top surgery because im genderfluid and some days i hate my breasts, some days im kinda feelin em- but they are actively doing me bodily harm, and I've been wanting to get top surgery for like... 5 years, almost consistently- but my mom told me today that if im gonna get it done, we need to get it done soon before i turn 18, so i have around 18 months to get it done so we can get it done with the insurance i have currently under my parents- but instead of veing excited i was terrified because i had never thought about it genuinely because i thought I'd never get the chance, but now im kinda excited because i really do hate my tits- ive been watching all of Noah's videos about it and now i cant wait-
I imagine you being. "Wait....?" *Grabs at chest* "Awww yisss"
I just had top surgery on January 7th that’s wild
Oh my god you’re so freakin lucky man😭😭😭😭

LMAOOO oh my god i got a bra ad like halfway through the video, hell nahhh💀
aloe and vitamin E will help with the scars
soooo, drains. ive heard that sometimes they arent necessary and ive also heard theyre always necessary. who do i believe?
Does health insurance not cover the costs of top surgery? I’m Scottish but I live in germany and in Germany if you have to letters from 2 Psychologist then it’s law that your health insurance pays for all your surgery’s
Liam Jacob I think it does if you’re British bc of the nhs or something but you can pay for it privately
NHS does cover top surgery, but the wait is years, and you don't get choice in your surgeon, so going private is quicker and you can choose your preferences better
Noah went privately so it would cost but i dunno if you've to pay for nshs
I hate scars so much so i am so sscared about this sugery i want that so much but yeah
No one cares BUT I’m the 100th comment and I think that’s kinda cool
Hey if you think it's cool and it made your day brighter then it is cool and that's something to care about 👍🏾 :)

I need to get them removed but I'm scared of the pain from the surgery

Woah around 5k?? I thought the best price was like 10k...
@@Kuroiku you can get it for free here, but most go private for top surgery so that you can choose your surgeon and get preferences and it's also a lot faster. NHS wait lists for things like this can be years.
Where did you undergo surgery?

Any one have advice
only do it if it's safe.
If you trust your family, tell them, and also explain it. Is really important that they understand your feelings
Tell them what you want and what you feel
If you arent already aware, try to gauge your family's stance on the LGBT+ community before coming out if you live with them or rely on them in any severe way. Please, please don't come out in an environment where it's not safe for you. With gender dysphoria, the last thing you need is more worries when you get kicked out of the house by your transphobic parents.
You just came out to us. Just make shore its safe and your ok with your identity first
👋🏻
Anyone know what names Noah dropped for best U.S. top surgeons? Idk why I can't understand him at that point, but I have rewatched that part over ten times trying to understand and I just can't.
@@evanking709 Thanks, but I already tried it. He kinda mumbles a bit on it, lol.

If you get a tattoo on the area, will you feel it, or not?
Which hospital? Please helps!?
Din Mato another comment said it was London welbeck Hospital
its just nice to not were cloths
Sup Noah, i'm Transgender and how does it feels when you were wearing binders before top surgery cuz i did not get any binders yet?
DJ Koko I wear binders, they’re tight and uncomfortable at first but you can get used to them pretty quickly, just don’t wear them when you’re doing sport, feel sick, short breath or sleeping, and never get one too small for you, if you have a lgbt help centre near you they might supply it or help you fit it.
it sucks
For me personally I don’t even notice. Sometimes I just have to adjust. It doesn’t suck as bad as people say
It feels really tight at first, but you get used to it. After a while it can be hard to breathe, which is when I take it off
John Deacon’s 4th son Luke Deacon is also a transgender man but Luke Deacon was so flat chested that he did not have to get top surgery unlike 99% of transgender men. Luke Deacon was born a female named Charlotte Deacon but changed his name to Luke once he started transitioning. Luke Deacon is extremely lucky to be 6’2” or 6’3” in his bare feet which is very rare for transgender men. Luke Deacon is not only biologically female, Luke Deacon is also a natural redhead who dyes his hair dark. Luke Deacon’s natural hair color is the same as his 3rd oldest brother Joshua Deacon’s natural hair color. 🎭🩰🎨
So socialized medicine won't cover it there?
You can transition through the NHS but waitlists are long and for a lot of trans people it’s just not realistic to wait months/years to get HRT or surgery.
I wanna get top surgery, but I'm not on T yet...
Yeah well now of you're under 16 then we will have to wait forever to even get on it since hormone blockers are basically not allowed for under 16 anymore 😗✌️🔪
There are people who get top surgery without testosterone! Even still, I hope you get get on T soon!
You don’t need to be on it to get the surgery

you shouldn't be scared its fine its vaild to be scared
