This French-Italian co-production ('Notre-Dame brûle') by Jean-Jacques Annaud ('Quest for Fire' 1981, 'The Name of the Rose' 1986, 'The Bear' 1988, 'Seven Years in Tibet' 1997, 'Wolf Totem' 2015) opened in France 16 March, and Italy on 28 March. It comes to French-speaking Canada on April 15. Since it's opening in Portugal on April 28, I think that's a good marker for the rest of the world. Also, Amazon Prime is involved, why it probably show up "on selected theaters" and online soon. Looks fantastique!

Maravillosa película. Épica narrando la actuación de los bomberos de París. Emotiva y cariñosa con los católicos. Lírica con todos. Algún chauvinista echará de menos La grandeur de la France en la película. Una obra maestra.
