@J CH So you think intentionally causing a fire that could've potentially collapsed the entire structure was on purpose in order to 'save' it? The French State owns the building and since it was priceless insurance won't "cover it." And you also believe that the firefighters were in on it and purposely saved the cross? Talk about a formidable experience. The building. The bells. The stature. There is a choir in the chimes if you listen. Voices leading us all. May we be so bold as to listen.
Here is a relaxing description I came up with. Golden bells sway back and forth, each swing creating a Heavenly sensation in all those around it. You can't hear anything else, only the bells, they mesmerise you. You levitate, you feel like you have ascended high up into the Gardens of Heavens, every tree perfect, every grass, every spots of stars. You hear the Angels sing a beautiful hymn, none like Earth. A hymn for God, the Holy spirit and the Son. There is light everywhere, no shadow ever enters the santity of Heaven. God made that light, and you feel warm. Thanks for listening.
Notre Dame is not only a potent symbol of Catholicism; She is a magnificently radiant symbol for ALL Christians! Let us not forget our origins, brothers and sisters. When Notre Dame was built, there were only Catholic Christians in Europe.
@Alexander Groppe - I cried when Notre Dame caught fire but Catholics were not the only Christians when Notre Dame was built. There was Eastern Orthodox Christians in Eastern Europe in places like Serbia and Greek Orthodox in Greece.
@@honeylambb9864 - I was actually referring to Western Europe - sorry - should have been more specific. Prior to 1054, all of Christianity was united under Roman Catholicism. The commencement of Notre Dame's construction took place in the following century.
When I was in Paris back in 1974 I lit a candle at Notre Dame. It was the most beautiful church. I love those bells and the way they ring them in Europe. In January of last year I was across the street from Stefansdom (St. Stefan's Cathdral) in Vienna when the bells began ringing at noon. There's nothing like that in the U.S. as far as I know.
Even if after once it's rebuilt it looks exactly the same, those bells will never quite ring exactly the same way again. For they can only rebuild the building, they can't rebuild the history.
Every century has added a piece to Notre Dame and her history. In our century, she'll give us a chance to preserve skills that might otherwise did out.
The cathedral has been rebuilt twice before. A lot of European cathedrals have experienced being partially destroyed and then rebuilt. Also, only two 3rds of the building perished. The best parts are still intact.
The almost unbelievably high number of 875 acts of vandalism and attacks on French churches in 2018. Arson attempt in March 2019 at the Saint Sulpice church, the second largest in Paris. What's going on??
We are being colonized by the US politically and diplomatically, by Africa and the Middle East ethnically and spiritually and by Germany and China financially and industrially
In 1981, for my honeymoon, we went to Paris, France. We went to go see Notre Dame Church, but it was close for repairs. I was disappointed, to say the least.
Very upsetting And emotional what happened on that day but I’m happy the bells survived the fire. Love to see this soon when it’s finished in a few years

Dragged by the force of some inner tide
At a higher altitude with flag unfurled
We reached the dizzy heights of that dreamed of world
Encumbered forever by desire and ambition
There's a hunger still unsatisfied
Our weary eyes still stray to the horizon
Though down this road we've been so many times
The grass was greener
The light was brighter
The taste was sweeter
The nights of wonder
With friends surrounded
The dawn mist glowing
The water flowing
The endless river

Right that's why they keep ringing Announcing Christ resurrection !! !!!
I recall princess Dianna's funeral. All you could hear where bells ringing. It was truly uplifting. I did not hear bells like that for Lizzies funeral
Healing ! Thank you
Notre Dame is not only a potent symbol of Catholicism; She is a magnificently radiant symbol for ALL Christians!
😊
Im not a religious man and yet I find this very beautiful, what amazing sound.
So beautiful and holy
Something is wrong with these bells. My dog was in her bed and when she started to hear them she jumped up and was on alert.
Wow, how things can suddenly change, only if he knew that was the last day he was seeing Notre-Dame like this
The 15th of April was the day of the fire not the day before, so crazy and what a precious video right now
You can realise the gigantic fire it was. There was no sprinklers under roof. This was criminal.
I was there in 1980. I'm thankful I was able to hear the pipe organ as well as the bells....
I don't know why but this made my cry. Thank you.
Such a joyful sound, I hear the love GOD in the bells. You can never find another church like this with such devotion and love for God anywhere else.
Its beautyful! I cant beleve it, the bells come from the Netherlands. I see the fire on tv and i crying
Paris should ring a recording of these beautiful bells as a comfort of Notre Dame’s eternal strength and renewing resilience.
Well minus all the French and British bells we have lol. They have bell peals but don’t ring out too much
ua-cam.com/video/lHlqT24tbTI/v-deo.html this bell peal is amazing and they actually ring out daily though as far as I’ve heard
I'd love to wake up to the sound of these gorgeous bells!
Notre Dame de Paris est ma cathédrale préféré jolie son des cloches des deux tours Nord et Sud 😍avant l'incendie
The glorious sound of those bells tolling reaches the deepest depth of my soul. Magnificent!!!
Die out.
I hate autocorrect
Sasusaku4Eva! Nothing bad happened to the towers.
@@GOOOOOOSE_ I know I was speaking figuratively.
The cathedral has been rebuilt twice before. A lot of European cathedrals have experienced being partially destroyed and then rebuilt. Also, only two 3rds of the building perished. The best parts are still intact.
Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess Christ is king
The almost unbelievably high number of 875 acts of vandalism and attacks on French churches in 2018. Arson attempt in March 2019 at the Saint Sulpice church, the second largest in Paris. What's going on??
Robertt Avro NWO. Erase the past
The Internet.
@@josephastier7421 "The Internet" yeah, that and an unprecedented 875 attacks in one year.
We are being colonized by the US politically and diplomatically, by Africa and the Middle East ethnically and spiritually and by Germany and China financially and industrially
The French people and Europe in general need to return to the Church. Protect and defend your Mother.
Such a majestic sound
In 1981, for my honeymoon, we went to Paris, France. We went to go see Notre Dame Church, but it was close for repairs. I was disappointed, to say the least.
I could listen to this all day its so awesome
Feels so spiritual especially seeing the clear blue sky.
It's telling it's friends " I'll be back . Don't worry . "
my god, bring back to us this very symbol of your presence.....almost 1000 years of history, how could they have built such beauty?
Wow, thank you. Like being there...
Anyone listening to this beautiful sound in 2021?
2023 here
2024
Very upsetting And emotional what happened on that day but I’m happy the bells survived the fire. Love to see this soon when it’s finished in a few years
If it was recorded on the 15th, it was taken on the same day. Since it looks like it was taken only a few hours before
You know I was just thinking that! I was thinking, "How Convieeeenient it is to have someone up there the day before recording the bells of Notre Dame? Who's to say it wasn't the DAY OF the fire? What was their business up there? They couldn't record it from ground level!? So many questions...
The frequency is off..not very healing
I disagree...sounds good here!
Quand aurons-nous le bonheur ( et l'intense émotion ... ) d'entendre à nouveau les cloches de Notre-Dame sonner sur Paris ?...
