    I tested and had levels come back at 51 nmol/L after taking 3000iu per day. I then loaded up at 20,000iu per day for two weeks, then did 8000iu for three months. Retested at that point and levels were 136nmol/L (equivalent ro about 54 ng/ml. Things I noticed: I felt way better in every sense, got motivation back, strength flew up, lost about 22lbs in weight, but here's the nost interesting one. I had a wart on my hand that had been steadly growing for two years. Within the first month of talking the loading doses and then 8000iu after that (with 180mcg k2 and 700mg magnesium citrate) the wart completely disappeared. Not mind blowing - but it killed something that had been steadily getting stronger over two years in one month.

      This may not be about Vitamin A but I believe you 100%. I had a waxy mole growing along my hair line, I upped my Vitamin A to 50K a day and the mole disappeared and has never returned. Oils are very important.

      after reading this I checked for a wart that has been on my right ring finger for YEARS and its GONE!! I started 180 load then 50k a day for 30 days and got my level to 133 and feel great- Thryoid autoimmune stopped and temp went to normal for really the first time in 72 years despite taking Thyroid hormones- except if I took lots of T3 and even then- getting to 98.6 was hard... Now every day- bam... 98.6 and I do also take 50mg of ludol's 5% iodine

      The wart sounds to have been the immune system not being able to fight the HPV virus and when you upped vitamin D, it gave the immune system the boost it needed to beat the HPV. I take huge doses on 50.000Ius during one week, one time and within two days my moods better.

    Greetings,
    I am a 32-year-old man of Latino descent, residing in Norway. Living in a region with limited sunlight during the winter months, I have been conscious of the impact on my health, particularly my skin. Recently, I've been addressing this concern by incorporating specific supplements into my daily routine.
    For the past three weeks, I've been taking 40,000 IU of vitamin D drops (20 000 IU divided on two meals), along with 400 mcg of vitamin K2 (mk7) capsules, and 345 mg of vitamin ZMA. This regimen has yielded notable results, particularly in alleviating the psoriasis I've been experiencing for the past 5-6 months. The condition has significantly improved, almost to the point of disappearance. Thank you for great informative video!

      @Sander-xs9wf Рік тому

      @@nadyanazdorovye it's better to look for Coimbra protocol and follow there advise. They treat people with high dose vitD and have lots of experience. You should not just take 100.000 IU vit D without being informed about side effects. The protocol is very potent but you should be carefull. Also, don't believe everything said in the video. They are clearly not educated about the science of vitD. Many of the claims are not backed by science. For example the research about the role of vitK in high dose VitD is very limited and not clear at all. Good luck

    • @JesusChristLovesYouEternally
      @JesusChristLovesYouEternally Рік тому +13

      @@nadyanazdorovye please be careful. The side effects can cause kidney failure. You should have your d3 levels checked before and then increase it daily taking note of how you feel. Take k2 with it so that it doesn’t cause problems. Also reducing your calcium dieters intake temporarily while you’re dosing is increased. 100k is very high, you may be able to get just as good results at half or a quarter of that dose. Most people w/autoimmune diseases are having trouble with absorption which is why some people do good at such high doses when it may be too much for others. Always check with your dr. God bless you! ❤

      @@nadyanazdorovye also I take 5-20k regularly and when I checked my levels last year I was at 77. It’s a good level. But I’m struggling w/some health issues I’m trying to cure. Yesterday I took a 50k dose. It was too much! I had heart racing, heart palpitations, heavy breathing and some anxiety. I’m going to reduce it by about half then do 25k per day for a month, then back down to 10k. I want to get my levels checked again soon. Take care!

      I've been bedridden all my life from fatigue and depression. Couldnt attend school nor work, I only laied sleeping. At the age of 35 they found Graves disease and treated an episode but I didnt get better. 2 years ago I got on 5000IU's a day of vitamin D and after a month I had energy and started really living.
      My doctor then called and said I had gone from 47nml/l to 242nml and that it was near toxic and I had to quit. I did and after a month my symptoms were back and this time I got real bad and developed muscle tensions aswell due to anxiety, hurt like hell. I've recently got on 80.000 during two weeks and am starting to feel better but am dead scared I'll go too high and develop calcification or such. Do you think 3000Iu's is enough as a maintenance dose or what should I take? And why is the knowledge on this so low?

    Latest research since this video done in usa 24°C 8 hours exposure to sun the 25OHD3 test came in at 24,000iu , yes more than on person in study but that was closest figure across the board.
    Yes hospitals decade's ago only wanted sick people not one's consuming D3 .

    🎯 Key points for quick navigation:
    00:04 *📈 The Controversy of High-Dose Vitamin D3*
    - High doses of Vitamin D, typically 5,000 to 10,000 IU daily, are controversial due to fears of calcification.
    - Historically, high-dose Vitamin D was widely prescribed as it kept patients out of hospitals.
    - The confusion partly arises from how the units are perceived as too large.
    02:19 *📊 Reevaluation of Vitamin D Daily Requirements*
    - Modern interpretations suggest a reevaluation of Vitamin D's RDA to 7,000-8,000 IUs.
    - Sun exposure can naturally produce 10,000 IU, challenging concerns about high intake.
    - Research indicates the previous underestimation of necessary daily intake.
    03:42 *📚 Literature and Studies on High-Dose Vitamin D*
    - Books and studies highlight safe intake up to 100,000 IU daily without adverse effects.
    - Complications often stem from deficiencies in magnesium and Vitamin K2, not high Vitamin D.
    - Historical cases and personal experiences suggest high doses can be safe with proper nutrient balance.
    06:10 *🧬 Importance of Magnesium and Vitamin K2*
    - Magnesium and Vitamin K2 help prevent calcium deposits when taking high Vitamin D.
    - Proper proportion with Boron and K2 reduces negative consequences.
    - The balance among Vitamin D, K2, and magnesium is crucial for safety.
    08:28 *🔬 Target Blood Levels for Optimal Health*
    - Blood vitamin D levels should optimally range between 60-80 ng/mL.
    - Levels over 150 ng/mL may pose a risk, but 60-80 ng/mL is ideal for thyroid health.
    - The importance of patient-specific monitoring and dose adjustment is emphasized.

    I think obese need 4x and people with autoimmune attacks should go to the level that STOPS their autoimmune attack.. My thyroid antibodies went to not measurable... at around 100. it might take more for other autoimmune attacks... but they will stop... many many MS studies show it to need the most.

    I don’t know how ppl are taking anything over 4,000 iu which is the recommended daily uptake cuz anything over it will cause worse symptoms to begin with speaking from experience. anything over will definitely deplete your magnesium. I’d say take a solid multivitamin or just 1,000 iu with k2 daily and if u don’t feel better try to up the dosage to 4,000 with k2 and leave it at that and just get out more as much as possible.
