Grief sounds a lot like a midlife crisis. I feel a lot of these feelings after losing my husband and leaving our nine children and I behind. I miss him so much and am struggling because my oldest is really struggling with me and I am trying to show Christ and feeling like I am failing! On top of my health issues and dealing with everyone and everything else.
We are very powerful! If we think we will be healthy & strong, we will be! If we think we will fall, we will. I'm praying for you& your family ❤ We all meet up with our loved ones one day, including our pets!
@@fertilehomestead8879 I felt your comment deep in my heart and the pit of my stomach, as soon as I read it. Though my husband is here, he's terminal. I would've thought that something like this would pull a family closer together, but it's actually divided ours. I wish I had words of encouragement, but no matter what anyone says, it's not going to change the pain from the grief y'all are enduring. My heart goes out to you and your children. May y'all be blessed with strength during your difficult times 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
It’s so true. In my 20’s I was always out and about but now that I’m 40, I am tired!! Being home with family and watching a movie or something is heaven to me.
I am now 47 heading to my fifties! I wish I had this post 7 years ago when cried the whole summer before I turned 40 in September 😂! absolutely love redefining how we interpret the word “crisis” to shift you mind’s perspective of the word will change how we respond to it👏👏👏absolutely love it! It’s an opportunity for change instead of a negative state of life. Excellent explanation!
Pools have chlorine, and chlorine is terrible for people. Dr. Axe even mentions this in his book "Eat Dirt." Second to the Bible, "Eat Dirt" is the best book I have ever read! ❤️ Please read this book!
I hope everyone enjoys the videos you put out as much as I do. So much meaning and profound information. Blessings to all. I’m in my 70’s and still learning so I can help others.
Love the pod and this episode but you don’t need to bash CrossFit like that. Lol. I do CrossFit 3-5 times a week and avoid injury. When people do things they shouldn’t is when they get injured. I feel better than ever after 3 years of CrossFit at age 40.
🎉 You’re a phenomenal human being who deserves accolades for your dedication to support our communities through health and wellness initiatives! Gratitude for your suggestions of daily routines that help lead to a balanced life.
Sucks when in your 40’s you lose your spouse to sickness (my husband) did have a plan to live a life of greatfullness in every aspect together, but then it all comes crashing down. Now what? It’s hard not to feel depression creep up when you feel like you have to start all over again when you’re half way through your life 😢 what now?
Dr Axe I know it's not your intention but your reminiscing about these memories with your wife doesn't help those of us who had tremendous, immense, intense, traumatic heartbreak from romantic partners we loved and wish we could still share those memories with... as a dude in my 40s who lost the 2 partners I've loved the most in life, who I had the most fun wild memorable adventures with (makes your stories sound tame!) it truly hurts to the core 😩
Just accept it - think what happened - why happened - so this cycle may not be repeated - all grieves make us stronger in patience and we still can be more thankful for many things . Don’t lose hope and have faith
I truly love what you do I think you're a gift I was very naive to health I guess I've always been pretty healthy. But I've gained weight over the last 8 years.I love going to the gym.I love working out.I just got super busy with life Enjoy some of your supplements That's how I found you Was that natural groceries in vancouver washington You have amazing product and so much knowledge and Info
I am really thankful for this. I am now 43 , working father of growing up kids and Sometimes we really forget what matters most in our busy lives. Our health, our family and loved ones and friends. Life is really short and we get to realize this when we get sick and any moment we can depart from this world. You are truly an inspiration and such a life changer. Thank you and hope many souls will be healed and change for the better from your videos.
These are all really positive things but you gotta do a little more research on what the bible says. Bart D Ehrham pod cast will help you have an even better hope for the future
Thank you Dr. Axe, you did a great job, loved the video, you said phrases that have stayed with me AND made me feel better, More positive, so thank you❤
Dont believe in doctors! They prescribe D2 and not D3! And the D3 they prescribe is too low!!!! Ive taken 50.000 IU several days over many weeks to get up my levels!
I’m proud of you for sharing your faith Dr. Axe. ❤

Thank you, first of all.
Second, banana for potassium?
Avocado has at least 3x the potassium without the blood sugar effect.
A banana is fine. Not much sugar.
Avocados 🥑 are much better !!

Thank you, Dr. Axe. This information is priceless
So I should lie to myself that I'm going to live forever & fool myself with "heaven" 🤔
Hell no, fooling myself will bring those mid life crises
As a single mom of 12 I'm realizing how much my kids were affected by a verbally abusive relationship and trying to stabilize for me and them

Yeah. I don’t know why he didn’t just jump into the secrets. Christ sakes. He went on and on in the beginning!!!
