Well done Rem, it was a fantastic run and a great showcase of a bunch of tricks. I'm really impressed how you handled the underwater prison solo. Sucks about the chest as well as the dice, however as Morgana has showcased, there are far easier routes to clear Honor. I'm sure your next run will both be successful and significantly shorter and I'm looking forward to the livestream and/or vod.

Dude I binged episodes 1 & 2 some times ago and was bumed the 3rd episode wasn't out yet. Then gotta admit forgot about it, was looking for necromancers playthrough tips, and this popped out. Pure joy, incredible quality trilogy!
I really liked the format of this trilogy. It was fun watching all the highlights and the shenanigans! P.S., love the Lock/Paladin video, I'm using that for my evil DUrge playthrough now

@@Joci445 yeah I figured out what caused my chest bug, it was my mods messing with it. The only mods I had added subclasses and I guess that messed it up. I’m gonna be streaming my proper run today

What a run! It was awesome to watch all three parts and see how you carefully chipped away at it, using your summons effectively and your various spells and class abilities. This ending though!!!!! This was all a crazy ride! I hope to catch your upcoming livestreams you mentioned. PS: Did you know that summons can drink elixirs too? All credit for that goes to a UA-camr named Melth for that one.
@@remortisgaming Nope, all you have to do is click on your summon, then click Tab to see your entire party's inventory and right click on the elixir you want to use and click Drink. The game's log will show "Skeleton drank Elixir of Hill Giant Strength" or something like that. I'm not sure if it works on all summons.
I love how you got pathed into fire breaking Cloudkill concentration but sense you were in the middle of casting it let you cast it anyway and likely reset CKs turn counter.

Great series! I've learned quite a bit and realized - I don't know shit! I beat the game on tactician my first run on release, took my time and save scummed to get the outcomes I wanted and still didn't see a lot of the scenes here. I wonder how many runs you've done to learn the game so extensively and get the gear and outcomes that you wanted. I attempted a few solo HM runs and got obliterated before getting to the grove. How many HM runs have you done? Thanks for this. Also, I subscribed, cheers!
@@Engle777 nothin wrong with that! Most of my game knowledge really just comes from playing lots of DnD 5e. But I also have 1000+ hrs in this game I think I’ve done 3 completed runs and probably 7 or 8 total, failed one cause I was goofing around, 1 I completed but technically failed cause of a bug but was able to “salvage it” by cheesing a force quit, And 2 runs I just got bored and wanted to do a different build. Also my first HM run ended due to the elevator bug at shar temple.
I know you’re probably wanting a break from solo honor runs so you might want to try an all melee run or only spellcasters or even something more unique like all Druids. My experience with Druid only was really fun so hopefully you’d have the same experience if you tried it
Not sure if you run it but cool thing i found out about thought i'd share for builds like this if you wear abyss beckoner gauntlets you get warding bond on your undead which comes with the downside of sending them mad HOWEVER, necromancy tome of thay minions are immune to madness as are summoned ghouls they can fail the roll but the madness won't trigger so you'll see "roll failed" and the ghoul will go about its day flying ghouls, regular ghouls and necromancy tome of thay ghouls share this effect Not thematic for a necromancy build, but flame sphere and spiritual weapon are also immune And for any druids reading this, dryad and by extension wood woad are also immune for clerics don't worry spiritual weapon as previously mentioned but i've also read Deva is immune I've also seen that Mummy is apparently immune but like Deva I have not tested this theres way better gloves in the game, but this is a cool little interaction edit: just tested mummy is also immune further edit: Deva also immune leading to the following being immune even if the roll is failed Madness will not trigger, I tested this by Starting up a new save, spawning in items/scrolls for summons levelled up to 12 Necromancy wizard summoning undead waiting 2 minutes in abandoned village then respecing cleric, summoning waiting 2 minutes, then druid respec 2 minutes Ghoul Flying Ghoul Danse Macarbe Ghoul Mummy Spiritual weapon Dryad Wood Woad Flaming Sphere Spiritual weapon Deva Any summon not listed either doesn't work or I did not test Interested in testing: Cambion If aura of hate is up Cambion being both a fiend and wielding a weapon will benefit from Aura of Hate if immune to Abyss Beckoners a constant warding bond effect would also be applied
Can you kill gortash during coronation by giving him perma madness with contagion? EDIT: Didnt watch the full video yet but if you steal the nuke from the gnomes you can use it to destroy the pillars in Raphaels house of hope if you hide under a dome of invulnerability. EDIT2: The Abyssal gloves from act one dont make ghouls mad when used and will halve all the damage they take increasing their survivability.
Im one of those completionist types on my play throughs. Several things you skipped on act 3 i would of done just to do them, even though they would offer a solo necro no benefit.
After doing who knows how many runs at 1000+ hours, I'm at the point where I just wanna go in and get things done when it comes to bg3. As much as I love this game, the replayablility severely tanks after the 3rd run or so
@@remortisgaming Guess that depends on the person. One thing that helps replay-ability is mods. Ive got 900+ hours in the game and all but 3 "hidden" achievements done. I finally looked at what achievements im missing and plan to do them on my next run.

The Lae'zel or the Raphael part? The Lae'zel part happens when she stays loyal to Vlaakith. If Orpheus is still alive after defeating the brain you either have to let her kill Orpheus, or you kill Lae'zel. With Orpheus dead, Lae'zel goes to Vlaakith to "ascend". (or so she thinks) The Raphael part happens when you sign a contract with him and don't break the contract and kill him. In that case he comes to collect the Crown, as was stated in the contract.
@@spyrochick101 because I tried to fix a bug back in act 1 with my camp chest. I deleted my profile to have it generate a new chest. No luck, it was still bugged. And the profile didn’t register it as an honor run I suppose even tho the save file still says honor
Omg that sucks! I’m so sorry that happened. I would be beyond frustrated. Well, here’s to the next Honour Mode run and that camp chest bug not happening. Do you have an idea of what classes you want your party members to be?
2 issues with the necromancy build in this game. 1. You really don't get any actual necromancy stuff till like... level 6. 2. Dead corpses are very picky as to whether they can be reanimated or not. So many times I hover over a dead body or skeleton just to not be allowed to reanimate em... for whatever reason. So annoying.
Certain elements "ruin" the corpses. Fire, Ice, Acid, and Lightning. Radiant and Necrotic can also do it too. Poison and force spells are your safest bet to maintain corpse integrity

Little late to this, but yeah, they still make it. It’s only dependent on Wulbren escaping moonrise.
@@potatorat2508 you don’t need the runepowder to let Wulbren escape. You can break the wall with force or blunt damage.

Doesnt scrolls cast from last 1lvl class? so they cast with your druid wisdom, that is 10...
