I always hated cardio because it was always so boring and painful. But this workout was so fun. Not only am I sweating, but I also learned something new about kickboxing. This is by far on of my favorite cardio workouts 👍
You’re literally the only one I’ve seen so far who has a material arts background for a kickboxing HIIT workout. The only other ones that are good are the Muay Thai videos by ripped men. The other kickboxing workout videos, especially by other women, don’t really have good form and a bit unrealistic. Good for beginners or people with no formal training, but not for ex martial artists. This video is perfect. This is coming from an ex-mixed martial artist. Please make more. This made me relive the old days.
@@UtahLee yes, your form was amazing: clean, sharp and fast with fluidity all at once. Only someone with a formal martial arts background can execute these movements. Especially those who come from Muay Thai, tae kwon do or MMA ☺️also, you keep your guard up.

Tried your kick boxing class today for the first time. I realize this video is a year old but I just stumbled across it and was thoroughly impressed. I felt like I had a full HIIT, cardio, tabatta style workout all in one. I don't know much about kick boxing but you made it fun and sparked an interest to learn. I appreciated how you broke the movements down into smaller bits and built on it while not giving too much time to cool down in between moves. The workout was easy to follow and was just short enough to not be overwhelming. Your instructions were clear and your moments of humor in between made it more personable. Great job and I'll be watching for more.

Love this workout. I'm usually rolling my eyes at the various motivational tactics trainers use, but I genuinely was smiling and feeling like a bad ass towards the end. Great knowing I did something positive today not only for my body but also my mind.
I did this for the first time three days ago and really used all my energy in each punch and for three days straight, muscles I've never gotten sore before got super sore (deltoids, back, armpit)! I plan on doing this again today :))

I just started doing this workout this week after a very very long break in working out. I've always loved kickboxing workouts that are more like actual fighting and less like Tae Bo. No offense to Billy Blanks, I love that guy.

My goodness. That was intense! Been a long time since I attempted kickboxing. I love how you took the time to explain the proper boxing and kicking techniques. Helps with injury prevention. My coordination was a bit off though, may have to go down to a more beginner level.

today I did you workout for the first time I lasted until the 20 exercise it was very fun but get me sweating and out of breath but it was good I always wanted a workout the will move my hands too not just my waist and legs but I really need to work on my form for this workout 😂😂 I will try to keep working with your routine because I really want to build some muscle too but I can't go to the gym and my brother's wights are too heavy for me
