Thanks for the video Rosalie. Just finished a 5 month throat cancer battle. (I won) if there was any upside, I lost 50 pounds. Mostly visceral fat, but a pretty good amount of muscle mass. I bought the Ab Doer 360 because I’m loving this concave stomach vs the Milwaukee Tumor (beer gut) I was growing. Feeling close to normal now. That is awesome! Thank you so much! I got word from a Sigma Chi little sister from my college days that one of our friends passed away from breast cancer. (I’m awful with social media and don’t know) There’s a 5K fundraiser/remembrance for her in February. So I gotta a goal now. I’m sure I can walk 3.1 miles, but I’d love to be able to jog it. (I hate cancer, but I really hate the cancers like breast cancer that you didn’t do anything to deserve it. Like drinking, smoking, poor dieting, etc.) Thank you again for the great video and the links.

Sorry Rosalie, I watched John Abdo's beginner one first and did it with him then started watching yours. I was pooped after just watch/doing your warm up. Next time I'll watch/do yours first. only 2nd time really playing with it and now I've found good videos to watch I'm hoping it's an everyday thing.
Hi Rosalie love your ab doer workout just discovered it recently and have been doing it everyday. Was hoping you could maybe down the road do another one a little bit longer and more brisk. Also wanted to answer a question I think people ask alot..Does the ab doer work and I can only speak to my results and the answer is YES. I have the ab doer twist for 1 year and noticed my lower back stiffness is gone and my stomach is alot flatter. I also noticed my shoulders are wider and have more of a V shape. So with that I say to people don't judge the machine on just using it 2 or 3 times really try it out for a month 2 or 3 time a week then give it a review. There are alot of reviews trashing this piece of equipment and I find they haven't given it a chance to really train with it.

January 13th. 2018. I recently, fell off this garbage! I put it together properly, and when used it, it shifted to another side. I can tell it was used, when I received it because it was dirty, and not in it's original package. I sent email/called cust. service and they said I had 10 days to return it. I did not read anything like this on the website. Cust. service, said they do have this info on their site, then said, she wasn't sure if it did!! A complete joke!! I have to pay to have a dirty, used unstable piece of junk sent back, or get charged for a piece of defective junk, I fell off! They say I have to pay for shipping and the trial fee. A complete gimmick, for a hunk a junk!!!!!!!! Shameful!!!!
She's inspiring because she's promoting your piece of junk. Why don't you address someone that has duped by your garbage product. Shameful how people only care about sales/money.

This machine looks very comforting for your back (stretching and moving it in 360 degrees with support) but it doesn't look like it is an effective workout. Does anybody know if this really does give you an effective ab workout?
tyranusmaul I just got the abdoer and have decided to use it also for my work from home work. My couch was killing my back! This also motivates me to move in between emails etc. it’s great.
My father in law got a six pack using this when he was 70+ years old. just using the disc that came with it. It works if you do. BTW, It's kicking my butt!
I'm pretty sure you need to address that suggestion to the Abdoer manufacture. Rosalie is an instructor that I'm guessing has nothing to do with the company. She's got videos for other equipment as well.
Hi Rosalie. Quick question. I am a 50 year old , male that currently weighs 365 Lbs. All my weight is in my stomach. With the maximum weight recommendations of 300 Lbs for this product, will this machine work or break on me?

This looks like a good machine. However, she looks about a size 8 and fits the seat and bars comfortably. Most people looking to use this, will probably be at least 3+ sizes bigger than her, so the seat and bars won't be bigger enough or feel safe. The machine developers needs to take this into consideration and make a changeable seat with adjustable bars, that you can reduce the frame width or change seats, as you start to lose weight. Also, it needs an exercise that concentrates on your thighs and legs too, for a FULL TONE AND BODY workout machine.

I wanted to buy one of these, but a little bit expensive. I have something similar with resistance bands attached but no arm bars and paid half of the price of this. I'm waiting to see if the price will go down.
I've found two of these second hand, in brand new condition. I got one on OfferUp and one on facebook's market. And if you can't find one second hand, they're worth the money. You could use it as a desk chair as well, if that makes you feel better about spending the money.

This is good video for exercises to do to utilize this product. Unfortunately there is no phone number for Thane company to talk about purchasing this product or e-mail. You have to register and already have an order to talk to someone by mail. I wanted to buy it but was hesitant because there is no phone number.
@@RosalieBrownFit You have to have purchased the item in order to speak to someone or have them e-mail or message you. I have looked online and could not find anything. I was getting ready to purchase it, but had some questions. I purchased from other companies who did not have phone numbers and did not get the product that I paid for and could not get a response from e-mail so that is why I want to make sure I won't have any problem. Some have said there is not much resistance in the ABDoer360 and you have to buy more items but you seem to be doing a good workout with just the basic.

Sorry Rosalie, I watched John Abdo's beginner one first and did it with him then started watching yours. I was pooped after just watch/doing your warm up. Next time I'll watch/do yours first. only 2nd time really playing with it and now I've found good videos to watch I'm hoping it's an everyday thing.

Hi Rosalie love your ab doer workout just discovered it recently and have been doing it everyday. Was hoping you could maybe down the road do another one a little bit longer and more brisk. Also wanted to answer a question I think people ask alot..Does the ab doer work and I can only speak to my results and the answer is YES. I have the ab doer twist for 1 year and noticed my lower back stiffness is gone and my stomach is alot flatter. I also noticed my shoulders are wider and have more of a V shape. So with that I say to people don't judge the machine on just using it 2 or 3 times really try it out for a month 2 or 3 time a week then give it a review. There are alot of reviews trashing this piece of equipment and I find they haven't given it a chance to really train with it.

January 13th. 2018. I recently, fell off this garbage! I put it together properly, and when used it, it shifted to another side. I can tell it was used, when I received it because it was dirty, and not in it's original package.
I sent email/called cust. service and they said I had 10 days to return it. I did not read anything like this on the website. Cust. service, said they do have this info on their site, then said, she wasn't sure if it did!! A complete joke!!
I have to pay to have a dirty, used unstable piece of junk sent back, or get charged for a piece of defective junk, I fell off! They say I have to pay for shipping and the trial fee. A complete gimmick, for a hunk a junk!!!!!!!! Shameful!!!!

This machine looks very comforting for your back (stretching and moving it in 360 degrees with support) but it doesn't look like it is an effective workout. Does anybody know if this really does give you an effective ab workout?
tyranusmaul I just got the abdoer and have decided to use it also for my work from home work. My couch was killing my back! This also motivates me to move in between emails etc. it’s great.
My father in law got a six pack using this when he was 70+ years old. just using the disc that came with it. It works if you do. BTW, It's kicking my butt!

I'm pretty sure you need to address that suggestion to the Abdoer manufacture. Rosalie is an instructor that I'm guessing has nothing to do with the company. She's got videos for other equipment as well.

This looks like a good machine. However, she looks about a size 8 and fits the seat and bars comfortably. Most people looking to use this, will probably be at least 3+ sizes bigger than her, so the seat and bars won't be bigger enough or feel safe.
The machine developers needs to take this into consideration and make a changeable seat with adjustable bars, that you can reduce the frame width or change seats, as you start to lose weight. Also, it needs an exercise that concentrates on your thighs and legs too, for a FULL TONE AND BODY workout machine.

I wanted to buy one of these, but a little bit expensive. I have something similar with resistance bands attached but no arm bars and paid half of the price of this. I'm waiting to see if the price will go down.
I've found two of these second hand, in brand new condition. I got one on OfferUp and one on facebook's market. And if you can't find one second hand, they're worth the money. You could use it as a desk chair as well, if that makes you feel better about spending the money.

This is good video for exercises to do to utilize this product. Unfortunately there is no phone number for Thane company to talk about purchasing this product or e-mail. I was getting ready to purchase it, but had some questions. I purchased from other companies who did not have phone numbers and did not get the product that I paid for and could not get a response from e-mail so that is why I want to make sure I won't have any problem. Some have said there is not much resistance in the ABDoer360 and you have to buy more items but you seem to be doing a good workout with just the basic.
They answer all messages on Facebook and Instagram... as many people have inquiries...I enjoy using it without the added resistance
