    This is the best exercises for seniors. I have been doing my exercises with them since 2021 and my posture, walking, bending, balance has improved greatly. Love them both.

    I have been a Has Fit tribe member for a while.. I really really loved this workout..this stretch exercise is what my body needed especially as I am 65 now..thank you for your wonderful chair exercises❤❤

    Hey Coach and Claudia I really appreciate this work out. I’m not a senior but I’m recovering from injury and this workout was perfect for me. I hope to see more senior/low mobility exercises in the future 😄

    After chemotherapy, I have lost so much of muscle , this workout really is awesome for those who cannot do hIIT
    It’s slow paced ,easy n worthy it .

    I am a subscriber and use your app for working out. I am having foot surgery in two weeks and recovery time anywhere from 6-8 weeks with the first 2 weeks no weight on my foot and my foot elevated. What can I do to keep exercising from bed? Sitting I’m
    To keep up foot higher than my heart to keep swelling down and pain to a minimum. I saw you have a chair workout but with dumbells. I was thinking of using resistance bands. Any suggestions?

    Your workouts are excellent, but this one, as excellent as it was, had way too much information before each exercise. It almost seemed like you were taking up time for whatever reason. Just do it!

    I love your workouts, but seriously guys drop the word “elderly“ think of what it implies! You’re already using the word senior isn’t that enough?
