What about On the Greens. It is 55plus gated community of manufactured homes on golf course, pool,tennis and so on. Homes starting around $150k views of red rocks in Sedona, Mingus mt.

On the Greens is very nice. Has a lot rental fee of about $650 month. Hard to pick just 5 neighborhoods, but I profiled Pine Shadows over On the Greens because I see about 4 times the sales activity there.
