I've been trying few years to lose my belly fat, I've tried everything(even more than 100 different crunches) nothing worked for me I 've started this workout just few weeks ago and been doing it every day for 7 minutes (without missing a single day) and it worked for me and I've finally lost the stuburn fat and got flat belly. It is really helpful and I highly recommend it. I just want to thank you for sharing this magical abs excersice.

ahmmad saadyeh, Dara said to just do it for less time. i.e. if it's difficult, do just 15 seconds instead of the 30-45. You're not really benefitting from the exercise if you do it in a bad position because you're trying to do it for a long time, so do it in a good position, do it for as long as you can, then rest and do it again. Hope this helps.
