Real "mickey mouse" manufacturing efforts, especially in the 21st century! Nice way to treat one's employees, great work environment, terrific safety realities...just love the footwear or not!
Climbing a bamboo ladder with bare feet and heavy load in a basket balanced on the head, leaning over a furnace. And I'm just 28 seconds in. This must be good.
Many comments are dissing the Pakistani people snd their manufacturing methods, but the reality is this is where their industry is at. The men are talented at molding and casting by hand. The safety is lacking but they are working and glad to have a job that takes care of them and their families. They are growing and doing the best they can. We should support and respect them.
@@dennisyoung4631 Well the cast iron chips were near the machines not the furnace. Watching them pour bare with faces, hands and with open shoes (sandals) is just astounding. Reminds me of stories about factories 100 -150 years ago but I bet they had decent shoes then. I bet these guys have a short life expectancy.
@andrewallen9993 is that why Boeing almost went under? And it's "door fitters" are segregated into isolated cells, and when something went wrong with one, the main door fitters was on vacation. Boeing has more managers, than aeronautical engineers, than pilots.....get it yet?
First scene of walking up a ladder with 20 kg of scrap and my thoughts are "So efficient. way better than making a pulley. Not like they have acces to metal. "
That machinery probably came from the USA we got rid of it because it was worn out and needed to be replaced with something newer and better And last longer
Parts that won't fit. Won't work and aren't worth the effort. This shop has the best equipment I've seen in one of these videos. They are even using drill fixtures which is unheard of in these shops. But the handling, packaging and metallurgy are the downfall.
I saw the guy loading the milling machine without stopping the spindle ? This is simply crazy. No reason for that. I D Ten T They end up calling people like that Stumpy.
The same four or five copy cat comments for every Pakistani video. Dudes, its there factory, want to wear sandals, then they wear sandals. When OSHA comes to feed them, you comalong.
hi there's so many bad safely things in this video big time with food wear lifting big time in the uk no way would the place would be run i worker in a place like this in the 80's in the uk place went under and a place in wokingham they bend all the rules for 3 months with out any heating they were doing the place up inside it was 4c in side the place and alot of the worker never turn up in the week for work in the 90's there was some cold weather in the uk
Why are they so lazy? You don’t need to be rich to keep your products off the ground or clean your shop. Have some self respect. You’re wasting everyone’s time and money churning out this crap.
These guys are paid a couple of dollars a day to produce goods the owner has to sell for the lowest possible price almost under cost of production just so people elsewhere can have cheap parts. so it’s simple really, if you want them to get a better workshop, people should pay the right price for these things
You already answered your question. They have no self esteem. That side of the world has little to hope for. You and I were fortunate to be born here not there. As the guy below says, they work like slaves for probably $2 so we can have cheap crap to satisfy our wants. Why should they care about the shop? They barely care about human life over there as it is so bad. No hope…
I'm glad they have safety sandals
Hardworking People !!!

Did sand casting in high school 45yrs ago and I don't recall dancing on the molds.
Nor I, even though my foundry experience has been far more recent.
Pounding sand is tiring if you aren’t used to it.
That is some shot blasting machine they have. It even lines the castings up nicely at the end of the process.

In a normal country, the owner of this hellhole would be thrown in jail, but I guess human life is cheap in Pakistan...
Best of luck to all men & women who try.
Fail we may. Sail we must
Never seen a factory where shoes are optional

Hier hat man noch nie was von einem Kran oder Aufzug gehört.😂😂😂Viele Grüße aus Warthausen bei Biberach an der Riss
That is sooo crazy they wear sandals working with molten metal
working with bare feet and hands! dear lord! and on dirt floors!
Some of the floors were cast iron 🤠
@@DavoShed do you mean from spilled iron? :P
If you might have drips of molten metal hitting the floor, you do not want concrete - as it can go “bang” on you then.

No I meant in the machine shop.🤠
These Guys don’t even have flip flops !!
one thing all these videos have in common - *DIRT* touches the final product and its packaging
But these videos are original 😂
It is included to guarantee this factories products meet Boeing software and operating instruction manual quality standards.

Molten steel and sandals 🤔and 🤞🤞
wow jigs with drill bushings
Better than the American way , company owned by the man on Wall Street that programmes it so you cannot fix it yourself.
True if you don’t care about safety and human lives.
Another nitwit comment from a know nothing simpleton.
life expectancy in that "factory" = 5 years
Curious and anxious customer: What type of alloy do you make your tractor parts from?
Pakistani factory metallurgist : Yes.
The alloy is equal to the part warranty and guarantee of fitment.

I RETIRED FROM HUBBEL KILLARK, AND THEY SENT THE OLD MACHINES TO MEXICO FOR $1 AN HOUR LABOR.
The big mill is a Cincinnati, definitely USA. Why'd you guys get rid of it? Looks pretty decent to me!
@@gregharrison2960 KILLARK machines were Potstowns from the 1890's
@@madquacks Same thing with DANA. The machines went to Mexico. People went down there from DANA to train the replacements.
@@gregharrison2960 WE didn't get rid of it. The bean counters in charge of making profit got rid of it and all the skilled labor here.
REAL HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so we are safe to say the recent news of India having really bad air quality is self-induced?

Skills at being lazy and not giving a shit

IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD STAIRS PUT A MANUAL PULLEY SYSTEM PUT UP?
Where is the OSHA inspector?
kid had to use his TEETH to cut the tape for the boxing?!!!
LMFAO
Yeah, noticed too. Really, even a small knife or anything like a knife with a shape edge would have been better. More productive and more hygienic.
At least the kid is working for his money, not like lazy western kids expecting everything for nothing.
Head gasket for the space ship enterprise? How do we know what it is???
Looks like a transmission cover to me..?
What kind of society is this, robbing kids of their childhood? Makes me angry, waching this.
Funny. I click a video about parts and get a video about politics that repeats and repeats ᴀᴅ
