Time & motion engineers and health and safety officers could have a field day in any of these industries. Everything is so labour intensive, and they are probably paid very little.
It is touching to see the use of gloves to avoid touching chemicals, along with the use of safety sandals... In these factories, the health of the workers comes first...😑😢

That first machine cutting the tubes of metal wouldn’t be hard to raise and put bucket under so they don’t have to pickup from floor . But so many video stuff on floor scoop from floor dump on floor pickup dump on floor again over and over why ?
Радиаторы это самое ядовитое. Там окислы меди, свинца, олова и цинка. Сплав в России называется л-96 по импортному Zn4Cu вроде. Короче привкус сахара в горле не забываем. Продолжительность жизни мала у них!
Л-96 был более ярко выраженный медный цвет, тут же сплав имеет очень светлый цвет,что говорит о том что там очень много цинка.Тут как бы не латунь свинцовая 56 или 59 либо латунь 63-65. Кстати, это цинк даёт "приятный" сладковатый вкус и является не плохим катализатором раковых заболеваний.
Никогда не понимал , разве стеклянные колечки кому-нибудь вообще нужны в таких обьемах ? Чтобы работал целый стекольный завод по производству колец😮. Столько энергии и работы ... Сколько долны тогда стоить эти колечки ,чтобы покрыть затраты?
I can't believe how they are running the punch presses with a foot pedal. Once you've seen someone take a finger off with one you will know why there should be 2 buttons to push so your hand is not around the dies.

Just can not understand the mentality of these workers. Whatever they do they just then throw it ontoa dirty floor, even after is having been cleaned before. It seems to be the same whatever the industry, nicely machine a part then throw it onto a dirt floor.

(yes, that's a real word) I know it’s because of my 40 years in the oilfield, but can you PLEASE give those guys some SAFETY GLASSES!! How many workers fell in that cutting hole Soluble oil, toe protectors, gloves, glasses 😫 Take a drink every time you see an OSHA violation... Enjoy the videos but it honestly bewilders me how could they be so caveman not to put a pair of 50 cent plastic safety glasses on when they are grinding? How could anyone knowledgeable enough to run that equipment be so fucking stupid as to endanger their eye sight? Bad Quality, no Safety, dirthy and a lot of trash! No safety glases,no gloves,no shoes,no helmet,no underwear,no toilet paper only fingers,no cutlery for eating only fingers,Are they semigods or héroes misunderstood These guys are going to have radiation problems later,they need to cover their hands neck and of course the eyes and face,bad S***,good workers boss needs to get them safety equipment. With all of the skill in that country, wouldn’t you think they could make work benches instead of working on the ground? Gotta love those 'safety sandals'. 1 observation. Is everything covered in rust and then painted over in Pakistan ?? . the government should be ashamed to show people working in conditions like this it is the 21st century , don't get me started on how bad it was to see children doing such dangerous work disgusting . I observed that someone's fingers were missing. These machines and this line of work are hazardous. When you use machines daily to perform repetitive chores, you become complacent and less attentive. One incorrect move will result in the loss of your hand or fingers. Machines can be useful slaves but terrible masters if given the opportunity. Razor sharp sheet metal and no gloves? D level working conditions however, still good skill levels... Another thing the use of the throw method conveyor assembly lines... and the floor benches for work stations... got to love 3rd world manufacturing... Notice no robotics needed here... 🙂🙃😉🤪 What's the life expectancy of these workers? No masks, no vision or hearing protection. Obviously no OSHA.
