What most people dont realize is that this is the same stuff you buy at 5x the cost. After all the taxes and markups and shipping, the 30$drill you buy from Amazon is built in the same way. Cheapest stuff possible. Their economy and income is different, yet they need the same things as us. They would like to purchase a 2000 $ water pump made in the USA but they can't. They would like to use NSK bearrings but one pair would cost more than the pump itself. So this is the result. And it beats the hell out of pumping water manually, even so.

As in all the videos about work practices in India and surrounding areas-THESE PEOPLE WORK SO INEFFICIENTLY---It's absolutely mind-boggling-Do one task, drop the material in a pile, which the next guy bends over to pick up---and on it goes. I expect that these workers are minimally paid (not like US minimums), perhaps they are untouchables--a wonderful product of Hindu Tradition
