My question of the day is how do they make parts with no prints and no measurements? I mean you can only get so close with a pair of dividers and a yard stick.
Something doesn’t add up here. During the forging process we see the rough shape formed that requires two people to manipulate given its weight. When we see the forging taken to the lathe it is much smaller and easily handled by one person lifting it into lathe with one hand. It’s not the same forging, it’s a much smaller one.
The liability insurance in the factory must be enormous : just kidding however I’m curious and as a controversial viewer I am wondering and speculate on the safety aspect of the factory workers in the general area of the milling industry section
It is very impressive to watch ! Large piston forging in the open air as minimalist as they can be - coupled with the resources they have and how they get it done! Indeed amazing to watch in comparison to our western, crippled, physically mutated and mentally/sexually impaired society where social media and the reliance on tech is a mindless addiction. Could you operate a hammer forge, a lathe? You seem to be a pro at the keyboard. Get off your high horse. Your understanding of the word “amazing” is the crippling and understated truth.
@@kritikopedo I realize that these men are doing the best they can with what they have. I give them credit for that. So maybe in that sense, it is amazing. And to answer your question about using the equipment, yes I can. Besides, I can't use high horses because I'm so short.

Fabulous team work. It looks fairly crude but it’s very difficult to do, The coordination is everything and they make it look easy but it’s not.
yeah they set up a really smooth process

They were a lot of safety equipment.
Excellent
12:24 that tailstock is running out a bit, lol.
You'd think with their machining background that they could produce some tailstock with live centers.🙄
Rubey engineering mashallha
This is an amazing process of teamwork! Who is controlling the hydraulic press?
Good to see the torchmen working with proper closed toe foot wear.
For safety reasons wearing safety pajamas and safety flip-flops are required!
Never have i ever: seen a micrometer.
В конце два процесса- ЧПУ станки
Selam ustam, hangi ülkede ve hangi şehirde üretim yapıyorsunuz. Ben Türkiye deyim ürettiğiniz parçalardan satın almak isterim...
excellent workers! very humble equipment...well done!
Excelente.
ни разу не показали замеры деталей в обработке, это что бы не выдать секретных технологий?
Super work
Молодцы, слов нет. Но меня интересует вопрос:....
Зачем ложат на весы болванку в начале и подгоняют вес?
Все равно же станок уберает лишнее😮
It’s amazing how in sync all the workers are with each other! They don’t miss a beat. Pretty cool.
Excellent 👍👌👍👌👍👌👍

I think the word amazing must mean something different in your part of the world.
If you look up the definition, the title is accurate

What does amazing mean to you?
And so are dirty clothes .
The most difficult part of the work is to separate the final product of trash 😂😂
another term of Rishi and the Conservatives and this is what
your precious england will be transformed to
You need a yard stick to measure the runout on that lathes tail stock.
Very minimal - maybe a finger or two wide.
I was getting motion sickness watching it.
Just to ensure that the job does not jump out of the chuck.
Excellent
