Thank you! The lollipop has been on the list for a while so it was great to get out and get it done. Certainly need to get in the elevation training for later in the year! Big race is a coming!
Yeah I suppose it could be quite good to document back through the years to where it all began, which was about 14 years ago, back when I was 30, that's when I ran my first Ultra... The Wall (70 miles over 2 days). Remember thinking that it was simple insane that people were able to manage it over just one day!! 😂
Well that all looked like a whole lot of fun. Congratulations 🎉 on the Strava 👑 🥳
Cheers man!! Yeah it was actually a fun route to do, also nice when you have a but of a purpose!!
You packed a lot into that run. Great miles, great elevation and a visual treat. Congratulations on the crown

Saw you pass me as you were coming down Ben Lomond as I was making my way up, was gonna say hi but you were tanking it down 😂
Yeah it's a tricky descent down the Ptarmigan side! Was ashame not to get any views from the top, not that I stopped for long!
Would love to hear you talk about your journey with running. When did you start? wondering how long it takes to get to races like you do!
