    Pamela, I lost 10kg of PURE FAT thanks to you! (8 months), Thank you SO MUCH for this gift! I remember this was the video I saw of yours that motivated me to jump in and work out with your schedules because it looked like so much fun, and look at me now. I am SO GRATEFUL to have you in my life! I was a lazy person who could never get her bum off the couch, but now I hear any of your workout songs on the TV and I IMMEDIATELY start doing your workout movements from that exact song cause I know them all by heart now

      @@noreenali5821 hi I'm at -11,5kg by now, lost that weight since August 2020. I am doing her 45min/Dance plan and I eat healthy, lots of proteins, no industrial sugar. I weigh 76kg at a height of 1,68m now.
      You can do her workouts all you want, but if overall you are not in calorie deficit, you won't be loosing any weight. I usually eat 1,200-1,450kcal per day, depending on whether it's a rest day or not. Hope that helps.

    It’s so good to see your own progress. When I started I couldn’t finish this workout, now I can do it 2 times in a row and do another workout on top of it. REMINDER NEVER GIVE UP!!😊

      TanTan well I always stretch before workouts but like that’s not necessary. And I did this workout every day. Even if I couldn’t do the full WO; and after a week or so I could finish the whole workout😊 it wasn’t really a routine but it worked for me,hope that helps😁

      Try to get that stuff that you can put under rugs and carpets. It works very well and my mat stopped sliding. Pretty sure they sell them at the big Swedish furniture store 😊.

      Look for yoga mat that is made with cork. Your sweat will activate a better grip.

      Try putting your arms on the mat so your hands have some support, but your legs on the floor. That has helped me a lot!

    Heya! I’m doing this workout to try and improve my overall happiness and maybe get a small glow up! I will be trying my best to update here and do this at least 3 times a week for the whole of 2021.
    Updates:
    Starting day (Monday dec 28,2020): I had to take at total of 2 breaks. Felt very tired out but happy afterwards. What I wore (this is for myself):
    -black& pink dotted leggings
    - moon phase T-shirt
    -low ponytail W/ 1 normal elastic
    -black bow headband

    Just finished it after the 10 min HIIT, i thought I would not be able to do both, but today I discover I have gained more resistence in this months by doing Pams workout everyday🤩❤❤

      I always wake up at 5 am to do her workouts😅 it was really hard in the beginning but by now it's actually kinda chill and i love it. I have to attend at work by 7:30 which is why i get up this early 😊

    Miss Pamela has become the mentor of my life. From 52kg to 46kg I have been spent more than one hour in front of Pamela's videos during last five months.     this is hands down one of my favorite's on her channel, alongside the 15 min live abs. idk whether it's cause i've gotten more used to working out, but it's a lot of fun and i didn't even have to pause at any point:)

    OMG, this workout was supper intense. I started off with the 12 minutes happy workout, (the other one) bit easier, then I started with this one thinking (why not) but I realized why. OMG it's killer workout!!! I can barely breath! but I know I'll get to master all the moves in this video, even tho I skipped like a bunch. Thank you so much Pamela, Some people of youtube don't really know what they're doing. they just tell you to do some weird move you've never seen before, and it turns out so weird that you so much for making it easy to find this workout, but intense to do. MAKES ME FEEL SO GOOD SWEATY
