I weigh 76kg at a height of 1,68m now. You can do her workouts all you want, but if overall you are not in calorie deficit, you won't be loosing any weight. I usually eat 1,200-1,450kcal per day, depending on whether it's a rest day or not. Hope that helps.

TanTan well I always stretch before workouts but like that’s not necessary. And I did this workout every day. Even if I couldn’t do the full WO; and after a week or so I could finish the whole workout😊 it wasn’t really a routine but it worked for me,hope that helps😁
Try to get that stuff that you can put under rugs and carpets. It works very well and my mat stopped sliding. Pretty sure they sell them at the big Swedish furniture store 😊.

OMG, this workout was supper intense. I started off with the 12 minutes happy workout, (the other one) bit easier, then I started with this one thinking (why not) but I realized why. OMG it's killer workout!!! I can barely breath! but I know I'll get to master all the moves in this video, even tho I skipped like a bunch. Thank you so much Pamela, Some people of youtube don't really know what they're doing. they just tell you to do some weird move you've never seen before, and it turns out so weird that you so much for making it easy to find this workout, but intense to do. MAKES ME FEEL SO GOOD SWEATY

I do it on the floor cuz mine also keeps sliding
Look for yoga mat that is made with cork. Your sweat will activate a better grip.
Try putting your arms on the mat so your hands have some support, but your legs on the floor. That has helped me a lot!

sooo grateful for this workout! i couldn’t find any good full body workouts that made me sweat, and then i discovered this. i do this workout now every day. i have seen physical results and i have felt way stronger. thanks Pamela!

i actually enjoyed this workout (as much as you can enjoy a workout) it was challenging but also had implements of dance (sorta) that made me enjoy the exercises further!

OMG, this workout was supper intense. I started off with the 12 minutes happy workout, (the other one) bit easier, then I started with this one thinking (why not) but I realized why. OMG it's killer workout!!! I can barely breath! but I know I'll get to master all the moves in this video, even tho I skipped like a bunch. Thank you so much Pamela, Some people of youtube don't really know what they're doing. they just tell you to do some weird move you've never seen before, and it turns out so weird that you so much for making it easy to find this workout, but intense to do. MAKES ME FEEL SO GOOD SWEATY
