Really enjoy these hips-focused classes, something new and refreshing in every class. Hips feel so good and open now, helps to relieve the stress of the week.
Thank you. For me, the hip focus and power and yin was perfect combination… if you are interested, long 60-90 minute class, in the same theme would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏽
Yes! I have one coming up! I'm so glad you said it because I tend to bump it up in the agenda. :) Thank you so much for the super thanks - your support warms my heart❤
Loved thw transitions in the vin part! Although I skipped the high lunges because my quads were sore from yesterday's workout. The vin warm up helped me go deeper in the yin part!!i felt so flexible😍😍😍
I really enjoyed that session and indeed felt like a badass. I also enjoyed the yin portion (hooray for pigeon pose), as this was my first yoga session after running Rim to Rim to Rim of the Grand Canyon last week (46 miles and I still have all my toenails).
Simon!!!! That's crazy and so cool. The body is an insane machine that's capable of so much. Also I'm no runner like you bc I did not know that running so much makes your toe nails come off?! That's scary. Did you get some good pictures? And did you eat 5 pizzas afterward??
I loved this one a lot. It was just the right intensity for my not so high energy levels today. Saved it to repeat on similar days! Thank you Kate. I am getting soo used to your instruction
Awesome class 👌👌njoyed working out, can feel so much heat, hips r bit sore for sure but an apt intensity class🙏 thank you keep up the great work u r awesome n inspiring 🙏 god bless you always
I love how mature and feminime you are. Watching you makes day better and I hope that one day I will become mature and feminime like you. Such a perfect practice. You are perfect yoga teacher. Namaste❤.
I encourage breaks! Child's pose for 5-10 breaths whenever you need it. The way I see it is that if you take breaks, you're in tune and listening to your body, which is the highest form of yoga. Always take a break whenever you need one.
Is it just me or was this class more challenging than normal?! Which did you like better the vin or the yin?
The yin
The vin was a little to much for me.i'm more on the indermediate site.love your flows.
