Really really enjoyed this class, I love all hips-focused classes but appreciate the new movements and sensations experienced here. The shifting of the hips to the side in pigeon and then shifting into a near skandasana was new to me and felt so good, so did the low lunge with alternate hand catching the back for, moving from a back bend to a sinking down inside the foot. Soooooooo perfect. Thank you, Kate.
This is the most effective hip opening practice I've had for over a decade yoga practice of my history. Such a qualified instructor could host a yoga retreat on the beach in FL so we could learn more accurate poses in person . I will be the first to register if there was......
damn this was hard. My hips were burning, even felt dizzy sometimes. I’ve got work to do! But I’ve done most of the poses and getting better at it. Emotional rollercoaster, thanks Kate! ❤
