Been sitting on this for a few months now, but figured I'd start to slowly release the next walkthrough I've been dabbling with to keep the content flow going. Also decided to combine the first two levels into one episode since SSDD is just the tutorial and that's no way to kick off one of the most highly anticipated sequels of all time! Enjoy!

Ironically, it's probably the easiest modern warfare game of the trilogy. Has its moments though. It will be a blast to go through again.

I thought MW3 2011 is the easiest.
@@michaelandreipalon359 after WaW they all lost their edge to be honest. I might be mistaken mw3 as being the easier one though.
Nice that they used lines & cutscenes from the previous game 2 get newcomers up 2 speed of what's going on if they missed out on the first 1.

Ah yes, the original modern warfare 2 my childhood game I played this a lot with my friends and my brother. I thought you were gonna the remake of this but ok
He did say that he's only going through the OG versions for now, and possibly not to make the transition to MW3 2011 not graphically jarring.
Hrmm, though this will be the Homeworld 1 Classic playthrough. Would have been good timing with MandaloreGaming and, unfortunately, Homeworld 3 in mind.
Still, this should be fun in one way and more.
0:48: Cue recapped dialogue from the last game.
2:30: The year is 2016. Things changed, and haven't changed altogether. Either way, world's going to crap again.
2:37: Cue the voice of General Shepherd. You'll love him, but you'll also get to hate him. (And yes, he does sound like Admiral Hackett from Mass Effect. Won't be the only one too.)

Thehumvee radio has four songs: "Crime Wave" by 50 cent, "Danger" by Marco Polo & Torae, "New New" by Suga City ft. Maria V, and "Survival Skills" by KRS-One & Buckshot. Many thanks to the wiki, since I'm not that into those songs normally.

They sure made you beware Veteran by repeatedly doing the "are you sure?" bits.

Looks like OpFor is in its final legs. Quite a far cry from their 2011 days when they had an air force and al-Asad. Serves them right for what happened to the 30,000.
13:46: Look on the left. Someone (mockingly called Spielberg at 14:16) is videotaping with very old analog phones, and not the iPhones that should have been prevalent at the time. This is fixed in the Remaster.

15:25: Watch it! It's gung-ho warnings like that makes your side unfairly demonized!

There's quite a bit of missed extra stuff in both these missions. More on those via the wiki, since I can't mention them all.
I was very tempted to start up Homeworld, but I do have unfinished business with CoH 2 and the theater of war challenges. As for the extras but I am aware of some you have to break the flow to see, but I might consider it for the museum section/episode. Or maybe a special during the longplay?

It's always fun to play well enough to where it creates a contradiction. Or winning flawlessly against a boss then the cutscene implies it was a huge struggle and you lose anyways.
That's why I always intentionally do overkill on that section.

Man I was not expecting this since you've been going at Fallout 3 pretty hard lately. I still remember the hype in school and how the first few months of multiplayer was like the wild west until the patches rolled out. Good times...

Yo, how do you do that border thing on the top left corner of the thumbnail? I know it's Photoshop but like how?
I just drag over a solid color/pattern in the corner, rotate it at an angle, slap a number over it, and I'm good to go.

I've played them all up until Black Ops 3. For YT, it's just MW 1 and now this. At least for now.
